Not a Good App
Why so different than the website display?
Why no realtime cumulative daily power usage like website?

The company will NOT update the app
I thought that Rainforest would update this App but after emailing them month after month for a year, I give up! You have to log in each time you use the app. The data is not useful. The old Rainforest 200 provided your actual Electricity Smart Meter reading 24/7 but the new Eagle 3 does not. The Rainforest team will not listen to my cries to include this functionality which would make the device worthwhile because you could read your Smart meter aware you are using your phone app. However, they will not listen to the Voice of the Customer!! Therefore, I have no faith in this company. Bad Bad!

Annoying Sign in Requirement
The app works fine, but why do I have to sign in every time? This information is not secret and can be shared with everyone… here the security component is tighter than most other apps… please remove this requirement…
Update destroyed it
It used to be good but an update ruined it. It no longer saves London information so you have to re-login every time you run it or even just switch away from the app for a moment and it gets sent to the background. And there's no option to see the password so you'll keep making mistakes (or have to use an insecure one). It also doesn't work to add devices anymore, and the device edit function doesn't work and none of the devices will connect anymore. WTH did they push an update to DESTROY it when it was just fine?!?!?! 🤨😠

Really awful app
This app is really terrible. I couldn’t create an account or add a device with the app because the fields didn’t work properly. After I created an account and added a device using the website, I could kind of use the app… But I have to sign in every time, it doesn’t work with my password manager, and the app doesn’t always display or save various settings properly. All I can say is thank goodness I only bought the EAGLE 3 to hook up to Home Assistant. If I had to actually use the app from Rainforest, I think I might go insane.

Will Not Stay Logged In
This company hypes it ability to monitor your energy in realtime yet you have to log in every time you launch the app. Please fix this issue ASAP.
very weak data visualization
The graphs and data displays this app provides are almost completely unworkable. They offer different timescales -- the day, the week, the month -- but rather than feature sliding windows ("your past month's energy use") they have fixed windows with hard reset dates ("your energy use since the 1st of the month", or "since monday"), so average case HALF of the data view is empty (because on average you're halfway through the fixed window) and worst case ALL of it is empty (because you're looking on a Monday). In addition, the data and numbers present in the app do not agree with the data and numbers visible at the same time on the web portal. This gives you very low confidence you are actually getting accurate information about your energy consumption!

Update the app
Rainforest need to update the app constantly need to sign in and it does not update the graph if you leave it running in background specially live one this is with there latest device eagle 3
Version five update has destroyed all features
No longer saves credentials, no longer displays current energy usage total, no longer displays graphs. App is completely unusable with my rainforest. Eagle three.
What happened?
I’m having to log in EVERY TIME I access the app. This needs to be fixed
