Terrible experience
The app doesn’t open. To get the device Initially integrated with BC Hydro was brutal. I paid $150 to learn more about my power consumption and because the app is so bad, I’m more behind $$ than ever! There are no reporting features, it tells you it’s on a 5 min screen but really it’s hours. Don’t waste your time and money on this.

A good start but needs work
This App used with the Eagle-200 device is great for seeing your real time energy use from your smart meter. In that sense, it’s fantastic. Alas, the App itself seems buggy. The real-time info does not seem to always refresh promptly and it often doesn’t seem to want to load the more detailed Live demand chart, even though it works great through the website. Various other App features also seem to not work or work only sometimes. If they could fix the refresh issues and the get it all to actually work smoothly it would be a great app.

History doesn’t work
The current reading from my meeter is always good. When I check any history it usually fails to load or gives out of date info.
Needs improvement
It works to display basic data from my smart meter. Attempting to view daily or monthly usage summaries generally does not work, it just times out.
Used to be bad
This app is one of the key ways to connect to the rainforest automation power usage meter. It used to be terrible and crash whenever you switched to the week view, but recently there’s been an update that made it much more stable and now has more views. Keep up the good work dev team!
Need more, this app is good but needs more
I purchased one of their Eagle-200 devices and I love seeing all that the app has to display but like another reviewer suggested being able to identify and mark the device that turned on or off would be greatly beneficial. Obviously a manual process at first but building trends and such would’ve b bad at all. I’d also like to be able to input the tier pricing into the app. It only allows for a fixed price which doesn’t help me much. Having the ability to scroll the charts would be nice too. Great first step but don’t abandon this app, it needs updates.
One last thing I’d like is a set of iOS14 widgets

Can’t even login to it.
Really wish the company would put some effort into their products...
August 2020 USED TO Work great! But like another reviewer, I now cannot get ANY history ....
I am not sure why some other reviewers are SO negative about this app - it is great on our iPod touch,, and Android devices. And support response from the staff has been fast and on point.
Please, try it again, and connect with support with your concerns. We find the app very useful here, with a double oven misbehaving that needs troubleshooting.
Oops - some issues - tonight, it seemed to refuse to give the 5 min / 1 hour / / 1 day / 1 week graphs, on the iPadPro with iOS 12.1 ... But the app did work after we quit and restarted the app.
On a new iPad, also iOS 12.1, it worked until we selected the 1 day option, then was pinwheeling and refusing to bring the interval-duration menu back. After an app kill and restart, the app worked normally.
And the web version provides BOTH smoothed AND bar graphs, which is very nice.

Update broke it
The most recent app update broke the ability to view day/week/month history. Was 5 stars when it all worked.
More Function
For what it does have, works ok. Wish it was more like the website portal. Also why doesn’t the app support a landscape mode? This has great potential, but just lacking as of right now.
