Disappointed and frustrated
This app promised so much potential, especially as we transitioned our ERP to the cloud and invested in EBI licenses. However, it’s been nothing but a headache. Every time I attempt to use it, I’m greeted with the infuriating ‘Server not Available’ error message.
To make matters worse, our attempts to resolve this through Jonas technical support have been an exercise in futility. Despite multiple outreach attempts, there has been zero response from Jonas. It’s beyond frustrating to invest in a tool that fails to deliver on its basic functionality and leaves users stranded without any viable support or solution.
We had high hopes for this app, but it has proven to be an immense disappointment and a waste of time. Not recommended at all.
