Annoying to have to log in every few days
Annoying to have to log in with username and password every few days. I don't know if it is a app implementation or an installation setting but this is really annoying especially since a lot of users are older and take minutes to find this information. Some of them simply give up and call the Clubhouse instead. There are so many newer technologies that allow this to be implemented while maintaining secure authorized access.

When (not if) will FaceID be enabled in this app? I hate having to periodically re-logon to this app!!! Please use the mainstream technology with this app or I’ll be getting this app killed by my club!
And BTW, you should populate an email address on the “Report an Issue” page instead of leaving that blank!!!!

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I don’t know why clubs are using this because it is so bad. It doesn’t work half the time to see the statements and load times are so slow for tee times.
Haven’t been able to login for 2 years now - absolute crap app
It used to work relatively well but for 2 years now, I click LOGIN and nothing happens. Also, the menu button doesn’t actually work and show a menu anymore. I have reinstalled the app over a dozen times hoping it will somehow resolve, but of course it won’t since they don’t update the app anymore.
Painful User Experience
Driven by previously mentioned poor load times. Would like to see lazy load functions to give user some type of response, or terminate with message after a reasonable timeout. Have yet to see the roster function return anything.
Fails to log in
It’s been a month and my club pro keep telling me it’s going to be seamless and smooth. It’s nothing but. Ridiculous.
Useless
Horrible app. Works 1 out of 10 times. Tried to sign on today and kept failing. Went to computer and reset password. Signed out and back on to confirm new password. Went back to app, still won’t sign on. Sucks given this is how club has decided to handle food orders.
