  • Website failure

    This App is useless, in the beginning it worked but now when adding the log in information it won’t open up and keep telling me my info isn’t registered Or recognized . I know my info is correct so what’s going on. My email says I have a message but I can’t log into it to read it. I’m missing very important info on my product etc . It even takes my Face ID but it still doesn’t work.

  • Not working

    The app was doing great and was very convenient for my monthly orders but some time last month it stopped working and hasn’t been working since. Just stuck “authenticating” horrible
  • App does NOT work

    For the past month, this app has not worked. At first told me my login info wasn’t recognized. Now for the last week just sits and spins an authentication wheel. Never logs in. I need to order supplies and I can’t through the app. This the only way I can get billing info, messages, orders and reminders.

  • Not working

    I downloaded this app to avoid the wait in line over the phone for monthly orders but now the app has stopped working. When I put my information in it gets stuck on authenticating. I deleted the app and reinstalled hoping that would correct the issue. Nope 👎🏼
  • Crappy App

    This app was okay in the past but every few weeks they’s a glitch or issue .The app like another reviewer pointed out keeps saying “authenticating.”My advice is to fix your crappy app or don’t offer it for use .

  • Doesn’t work regularly

    The first time or two I tried using the app it logged me in, but wouldn’t give me any options to place an order or see when I was eligible for my supplies. Now when I try to log in it gives an authenticating loading screen that doesn’t go away. Not sure if the new update did this, but I can just call my supplier myself if the app won’t make it easier for me.

  • Authenticating

    This app does not work since the “update” 5 days ago. It sits and says “authenticating” until it closes and we start the process all over again. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it just does the same thing. So frustrating!

    I got this it must have come fro from Cornerstone health but I got No coustmer number so I can’t use it till I get the number and I can’t order supplies for my sucking motor any part
  • This app is a joke

    This app is a mess. I can’t believe my medical device supplier is even using this mess of an app. My main complaint is I have the app set to remember my password and Face ID enabled. All the sudden my password has been removed and Face ID is disabled. When I click “forgot password” to do a reset I never get the reset email the app says is sent. I have tried resetting the password for months now. This app is not worth my time anymore.
