  • Terrible

    App design is terrible. Does not let one sign out with recurrent FaceID sign in each time you try to sign out. Much less details on order history and supplies than what the website provides.
    Also questionable privacy issues- asking for superfluous info. Needs a lot of work. Will likely delete this app from my device.

  • Unable to register

    I can’t even register this app w/ the registration key that was sent. Kept saying my personal information is incorrect. Such a colossal waste to time and energy.
  • Poor interface

    In this day and age of easy to us software, this app is way behind. Terrible to navigate, very useless icons. A healthcare app should be modern and have tracking for orders. I don’t even bother to use it anymore, it’s easier to just text message the provider.
  • Needs major work

    This app never remembers me even when checking the boxes over and over again. The tutorial crap at the beginning is soooo slow and shows up even when I’ve used this app for almost a year. I HATE IT! If I could just click to get it to go away, that would be better. Especially when I just want to order supplies real quick. It’s so inconvenient. NOT user friendly when it comes to sending a message to provider or sleep tech. It only shows a portion of your message and then you can’t see what you’re writing. So annoying. Two stars because of ease of ordering when I finally get logged back in and get through all of the bull crap.

  • Worst app

    All I wanted was to see my orders from the company using this app after trying to register online several times with no success ended up calling the company to order the needed supply and asking how to register online, was sent an email with a link to get this app after successfully signing in, the app is worthless received a message that an order was shipped but nothing about what was shipped or the cost. Very disappointed!!!

  • Worst app

    This app is useless. I followed the instructions provided. I registered. It told me the email is already in use. So I used my online login and password. App won’t let me login. I called the company. They told me that it could possibly be my iPhone despite the fact that I told them all my other health apps from other companies are working. This app is not even worth a star.

  • Could not register

    Tried to sign up for the app with the registration code from my medical team. Was told I already have account. So tried the “Reset Password” function since I clearly didn’t know the password to my account that was non-existent. The link to reset my password took me back to the login page. It looks like it tried to go to the Reset Password page, but was auto-redirected to the login page, and even the browser Back button doesn’t work. Reloads as login page every time. There is no information in the FAQs about technical support or anyone to contact regarding this. Medical team does not own or administrate the app and does not have the ability to help. Looking at the other reviews, I’m not the only one. PLEASE FIX THE APP AND TELL US HOW TO FIX OUR ACCOUNTS! This is my only way of contacting app owners.

  • Unable to Register

    I tried to register with the email that was sent to me - it kept on giving me the message that I already have an account (I don’t) and to log in. I even tried to log in and select “forgot password” twice to get a reset email sent to me, but when I click on the link, it just sends me to the login page again, not resetting my password. Frustrating!

  • Website usage

    Went to register on this app had trouble with putting in password and finally had to change what i had put in to another password and it finally took. When i was all registered and was wanting to look at this app. There were no headers to help navigate around site at the end of the registration came up with a big block that said message. When i first clicked on it, a big Delete came up so i tapped it. Then i tapped again not knowing what would happen and it brought up several topics - things like:Billing, Scheduling, Orders, Clinical and Other. I have no idea what you’re supposed to do after that but this site is not user friendly from my view point and Ive used a lot of sites. It would be easier to have headers for these topics so that customers could click on them and choose what they need to do instead of guessing what to do when they sign on to your site.

  • Bad app

    Poor design, awkward, not helpful. You can’t even scroll to see what you are writing if your message is too long to fit in the text box.
