  • App is okay.

App is okay but needs further improvements. Need a new UI and AI so it can do the configuration for you. I want to also know if all the panels are connected properly through the app and see which each panels are producing rather than just adding them all together. I hope they can implement something like this in the future updates.

відкоригуйте, будь ласка, українську мову в додатку. Не все коректно відображається. В android версії тако проблеми немає.
  • Amazing

Amazing app works and shows enough detail for me. Also please show voltage on the grid tower in the app as in the web based one . It helps to know if I have power or not without checking on the event section
  • Good customer support

I find the app very useful- it is a bit frustrating that the refresh rate isn’t great and you have to log out and log back in often to get up to date info. But it allows me to do all that I want/need to do. The tech support is very responsive and helpful too
  • Update progress

This app is improving with every update. The developers have responded positively to any app issues and over time resolved all the bugs. Gives you good control over your inverter’s setting’s making it possible to change charging times etc.
    Well done LuxPower 👍
  • Glitchy

The screen does not refresh even when you click the refresh button. You have to close the programme and reopen it for the screen to refresh.

One on occasion the graphic showed that power was going to standby generator. We don’t have a standby generator.
  • Getting better

App is getting better. Battery SOC is now displayed on the graph. Would still like option to see output from different solar strings though.
P.S: pulling down on screen does refresh app now. No need to restart app as was the case a while ago.
  • Average and limited

While this app allows you to connect to your lux inverter, the application is very flakey. The only way to get semi accurate details is to kill it and restart it each time, otherwise it becomes very confused sometimes showing your home being charged by solar, batteries and the grid. You can swipe down to refresh but again this doesn’t always work, you can go back to your station and re-select, but again may not be accurate. It really cannot be that hard to put a pill into the app that refreshes accurately.

  • It’s good but needs to be better

I’m currently logging into this app around 5-10 times a day (I’m a new convert to solar & batteries). So many features and controls are missing for those that want extra control. I agree with so many of the other reviews on here. I really think it’s now time for the developers to include AI and machine learning to cut down on the amount of time I have to spend calculating and altering settings to get it to work well with my Octopus Agile dynamic pricing rates. Maybe someone on here wants to write me some software to integrate Octopus with LUX.

  • disable grid export

Once you understand the sampling and delay on the sensors then It is a really useful app.
Only comment is that the help/user guides could be more accurate/helpful/up to date.
I am trying to disable export to grid but I don’t see that setting despite it being in the user guide.
On local connect I only see “grid sell back” ..but there is no info on that.
