Chat bot is bad and can’t create simple service requests
I wanted to created a service request for a black city trash can that is anchored to the sidewalk and is overflowing with trash. Not possible in the app.
App doesn’t do anything
Application doesn’t really do anything. Ticket status doesn’t change but that could be because the work isn’t completed.
Can’t report pothole
System cannot register valid Atlanta address (1127 Clifton road). Then when I tried to enter app support, that also had an error!!! (Error 4). What kind of crap is that? Come on Atlanta! Come on devs!
Appears to be discontinued
Atlanta has apparently stopped receiving service requests
What happened?
App used to be great and efficient with reporting issues. Now, you keep getting redirected to the website and the issues never get addressed. Wth
New app stinks
Not ready for prime time. Had to reregister. Submission links faulty. Truly awful. Mold app was great.

Server error
Can’t schedule anything on the app. Does seem like it could be useful if it worked properly.

This app is amazing, love to work with. Easy access to location and easy uploading pictures. I’m just waiting for action from city. By the way is there any other apps for other locations in Atlanta? For example for Alpharetta area? Please for example there is a monster pothole in Atlanta area that its not included city limit. It’s big enough to catch you and kill you if you don’t notice it.
