First review for any app I’m writing.
This app has no use, in setting up the universal remote I bought. The box told me to install this app and follow instructions. No instructions were shown to me upon installation. But I’m uninstalling, all I had to do was put batteries in the remote and it worked. No button pushing needed.
Great Devices and App
I have been using this app and the devices for 5 years. I have lamps, Christmas trees, outdoor Christmas lights, etc which can be controlled through Alexa or the app. I wish there was an Apple Watch app.
Don’t waste your time or money
This app is absolutely garbage! Works maybe 1 out of 10 tries. No issue connecting it, it’s when it comes to actually turning the devices on/off from your phone. And don’t even get me started on the timer function. Absolute trash. I promise do yourself a favor and skip this app and any products associated with it

Doesn’t work
bought this and no joy at all. Instructions and support are indeed non existent. waste of money all around. Unit did NOT connect to either the Eero, or the Netgear wifi at 2mhz..did not come up on the phone with wifi or bluetooth. Does not work.
Used to really like my plugs and this app
Until the app hadn’t been tended to in over a year and now moving locations, nothing will can be connected as new. I can only imagine the limitations this company implements on itself by not keeping up with iOS’s constant evolutions.
Get with the times
Please and compatibility with HomeKit via the app. I should not have to be forced to throw out these wonderful switches because they don’t work with HomeKit. Alexa and Google are garbage in my opinion.
Works but has issues..
Every time I launch the app, I have to hit the refresh icon several times over the course of a minute or two to see updated on/off status. I use multiple on/off times on devices so this is a royal pain. Using it for a simple on/off, like for outdoor lights, it works fine.
Device offline
It used to work good. It had its moments that it would lose connection and wouldn’t work but always corrected itself with a WiFi reset. Now it flat out just says device offline. Idk if it’s bc of the ios14 or what but it’s a pain!

These switches and app never stay connected. I have 1 switch I can’t even turn off manually. Customer service it terrible. I just tried to give feedback on the app and that failed. Don’t waste your money. I have a new system on order.
Unreliable & frustrating
I had two of the wall switches installed for our outdoor lights. They worked fine for a month or so, but then nothing. I kept receiving a message “Device Off Line” I deleted the app, reloaded it, tried to reset the switches themselves per the instructions, nothing works. I can’t even turn our lights manually. Limited tech support, M-F business hours only.
