  • Not a native iPad app

    We are starting to use Zoho One for our business, the suite looks good and so far no issues, however, reading through reviews over 4 years old about the app not being native to iPadOS it is a big let down as it seems the Zoho Corporation has not taken customers review seriously!!!

    I’m sure you have a development roadmap and can truly answer my question as to when a native iPad app will be release and not a reused version of the iOS app.

  • Pathetic excuse for accessibility

    As someone with a visual impairment, this entire platform is absolutely horrific for anyone who uses a screen reading software. Neither my Microsoft nor my iOS screen reading software can make this platform usable. zoho is constantly logging me out and my screen reader cannot find the login button to allow me to log back in. And my employer who installed a remote hacking device can't even launch zoho assist remotely to hack into my computer, because again my screen reading software cannot find or interact with the button to allow and give permission for remote access. pathetic excuse for accessibility; for anyone with a visual impairment that uses screen reading software

    Great suite of apps to run all aspects of a business!! Highly recommend trying it out for sure.

  • Zoho app suit is dope!!

    Yooo!! This suit of apps is dope! Literally has everything you would need to run a business.. FAR MORE than competitors (quickB, FreshB, and Xero) and for about the same price (more or less) Web app is solid and legit and very detailed and in depth. And the apps seem great too but even if they have a few bugs to work out.. still far better option than the others in my opinion .. if you are having trouble deciding which option to choose, you should at least try the 30day free trial with no credit card needed with Zoho One!!

  • This app strikes me as useless

    I’m in absolute love with Zoho and what they’re building. However, this particular app is kind of useless IMO. You’re not able to use any of the other apps in here. You have to download whichever app you need.

As of now, Zoho One mobile app is an admin app designed for Zoho One admins to take care of user management/App management/Policy management etc. However, we have exciting new features for Zoho One users such as Unified Feeds, Unified Notifications, Day Planner, Quick Actions, Unified Dashboard, File Management(workdrive) and Notes in our roadmap.   • What is the purpose of this app?

    You can’t launch a Zoho application from here, all you can do is manage users. When I log into the Projects app separately it doesn’t recognize my Zoho One account so it’s not synced. These apps are worthless unless they allow us to connect to our account and work from our phones. We love Zoho One, but there’s no point in adding these apps to the App Store because they don’t do anything.

  • Nothing but headaches

    Your suite of apps and website products are absolutely worthless when your site and apps won’t login using my verified credentials. On this app, I’m clicking my account to login and it does absolutely nothing. No error message and no login. Just refreshed to the Home Screen of the app.

    EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have to login to one of your sites or apps- for work, else I’d never in a million years come near your products even if you paid me— for some nonsensical reason I cannot login and have to jump through a convoluted process to get your tech support to let me login. My credentials haven’t changed. I have the One Auth app. The latest web error is that I’m “not allowed to sign in from [my] IP address”. So I download this app to try to access my account to add my IP address- which I never had to do before, but SURPRISE! Another problem with your products! And this app won’t login.

    LOATHSOME doesn’t begin to describe the hatred I have for your products.

  • IPAD VERSION PLEASE

    This does not for for me. Using an app formatted for my phone on my iPad is prehistoric and disappointing.
