Poor quality app
Very poorly designed app. Low on features and usability. Frequently loads slowly and crashes. No support for Apple Pay. No option to generate esims.
They just keep adding useless features instead of the ones that really matter.

Hi, we have fixed the data loading issue and other minor bugs in the latest update. Please update the App. We are also working to add more payment methods in future.
Horrible poor app
This is horribly designed app. Difficult to use, full of bugs and missing so many useful features.
Slow to load, crashes frequently just a few more issues.
No apple pay support (which etisalat has been claiming is coming for 2 years) clearly a lie.
No ability to reissue an esim. Can’t unsubscribe from adds on. And the list goes on.
Seems etisalat doesn't care becuase they just focus on silly things like changing the app logo.
