Poor quality app
Very poorly designed app. Low on features and usability. Frequently loads slowly and crashes. No support for Apple Pay. No option to generate esims.
They just keep adding useless features instead of the ones that really matter.321cayman

This is horribly designed app. Difficult to use, full of bugs and missing so many useful features.
Slow to load, crashes frequently just a few more issues.
No apple pay support (which etisalat has been claiming is coming for 2 years) clearly a lie.
No ability to reissue an esim. Can’t unsubscribe from adds on. And the list goes on.

This app is so poor for a “business” account. You literally can’t do anything except view usage details which sometimes are also inaccurate.
App is slow to load and difficult to navigate. No ability to reissue esims. No Apple Pay support for bill payments. Useless.

Horrible app
This is such a poorly designed and horrible app. It has very poor functionality and design and very few features. It is slow to load.
Frequently, the app crashes and the data shown is wrong. You cannot make any changes from the app to any Mobile plans. And unsubscribing or subscribing to add-ons doesn’t work.
No support to reactivate or transfer your eSIM. No Apple Pay support to pay bills. Basically a useless app. There doesn’t seem to be any way to reach support either.

Can’t make any changes to plans. You can subscribe to add on packs from the app but can’t unsubscribe.

Poor glitchy app
This is a very poor app. Slow. Buggy. Shows the wrong data or even other account data.
