Over charge
I’ve been a customer for multiple years and lately in the last 12 months where to receive multiple increases and incorrrct charges we requested an account manager to contact us and it’s been an on going problem switching software soon be careful what you are signing up for

It’s got better constantly for the last three years
The app was originally buggy and dropped data. It is now much better, all of our engineers find it easy to use. Always update the software after a weekend as this is when updates are added.
