Buggy and looses service date
This application has just launched with asset management. Please don't use it though as it often crashes and will wipe all data not synced especially if you add a phoyo from an ipad.
Additionally, it wrote over some data on syncing without explaining what it wanted to do fully. For field techs, it's poor as it also tries to sync with out Internet and then looses all jobs until they can be found again.
This needs a lot of work before a business implementation.

Looks good
Multiple issues leaving functions unable to be used. A lot of promising new updates will fix the problems but never do, have had major issues for over 6 months, can’t refresh list of jobs on service app without deleting and re downloading, notes don’t submit unless we delete and re download every day, can’t upload more than one photo at a time and even then crashes somehow. Only response they have had for 6 months is “is your software up to date” and “delete and re install the app”. Had a case open for 6 months and all we get back from them now is an automated email saying they are looking into it

simPRO is the BEST!
So simPRO just released this app and it is such an upgrade to their service Connect app. There are so many capabilities and functionally with this app which brings all their apps into only one! For the service workflow you are able to create quote, Po's, bill in the field, track your schedule for the day and pull items from your truck and update your inventory. In terms of projects you can track all your time and activities associated with each stage and cost center of the project. I would highly recommend this app. It has saved me and my team so much time/money. INCREDIBLE!
