Trying to do everything, is good at nothing
Unbelievable that they can’t get their app right. The cost of this product is staggering and for your money you get half baked solutions. Highly regretting spending thousands to get setup, to only be let down with an inferior system
Painful
It’s almost as bad as that scene in Prison Break where the guy shoves long needles under the other guys nails until he has heart failure and then revives him repeatedly.
Timesheet overview
As an employee would be good to be able to review the previous weeks time sheet as we have had pay discrepancies previously but we are unable to go back and match pay to hours if we haven’t screenshot the week before it rolls over to Monday again if there is a way we can choose which weeks time sheet overview we want to look at that would be ideal

Poor attachment renaming
Please fix the slow renaming of attachments/photos, it’s just not right and super slow. Takes way to much time which could be used doing actual work. Otherwise app works well
No alerts, can't create jobs

Great improvements!
Lots of great improvements compared to Connect. Loving the site history & asset history feature, in built barcode scanning, more flexible job searching and the job details showing on the customer signing page. The only thing I would like to see added is push notifications, otherwise massive benefits!

Gets better and better with every update
I haven’t had any of the issues that some of the other reviews have mentioned.
I have an iPhone XS Max and iPad Mini and the app functions flawlessly for me.
I love how we can upload 10 photos at a time and see all the history of past jobs done on this site other techs.
We can even find a job that was not issued to me and add myself to it which connect could never do.

Absolutely awful. would not recommend to anyone.
SimPRO mobile
Absolutely shockingly terrible . Nothing but trouble, constantly wipes data . Doesn’t upload catalogs, freezes all the time. As a gas engineer in the field it’s floored and it’s so disappointing, we have asked for so much help and technical team have not helped us to sort out these issues . Really fed up with this software. It was supposed to save me time now I find myself getting angry with the stupid thing daily . Wish they would listen the people who use it .
