It is incredible to think that this app is so bad, in a market where there are so many options the fact that SimPro can’t even get the basic interface to work reliably is a joke.

Being forced to add assets via my phone (the feature isn’t available on my iPad) almost certainly guarantees the data will be flawed before you even start, having to add multiple lines using the phone keypad is crazy.

And don’t even get me started on the materials/stock management, I have abandoned this completely as too much stock went missing, added items don’t get accounted for, stock quality can change by itself and is seldom correct.

If you are considering this App to run your business look elsewhere !

This app gets a 2.6 average rating for a reason… the developer should be ashamed !

Thousands of Dollars for a system that doesn’t work.

How simpro can justify charging the amount of money the do for an app/system that is this broken is beyond me. Every update they release brings new bugs and rarely fixes the old ones. The developers of this app should be ashamed. Genuinely, I hope you read this because you’re very bad at your job. Try something else.

Limited

SimPRO is a solid software. although not perfect, it can do lots and do it well. But the APP is surprisingly limited. Many basic things like booking a job cannot be done with the app. I am quite disappointed with the app and i hope SimPRO makes it better, much better, very soon.

Look at the number of versions - they can’t get it right!!

This app is a joke considering what you pay for it.

I had a glitch in the app last week that’s going to cost me over $1,000 to resolve with the customer.

Go with Servicem8 if you’re looking at job management software - at least they can get it right and actually add features to their system that customers request.

Painfully slow

Logging in &out is painfully slow, having to refresh app as you navigate between parts of the app makes it feel like I spend more time waiting on the app to refresh then working

Step in the right direction

11/23/2021 Stability has improved, the issues described below have been fixed. Thank you! Please allow creating and assigning task from the mobile app.

10/12/20 I would think by now this problem would have been fixed. Again.. all work lost when switching app or putting the phone in the pocket and returning after a few moments back to the app. 8/26/20 unfortunately white screen issue still persists, when phone is put away and app reopened, screen goes blank and all assets, parts, notes, is lost. 3/3/20 Unfortunately I lost half day of work, parts and asset notes all gone. Had to go back to check another job and when I returned back to the job I have in progress everything was gone 🤷‍♂️also on the slow side searching throughout the assets. 3/4/20 We’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Same problem happened, started a job, added parts, some asset notes, put phone in the pocket for a moment, when the app is opened again we got a white screen and right after all the asset notes and parts are gone.
