Search function could be improved
I would love if the search function for materials worked as well on the mobile as it does on the computer

Great work platform easy ton navigate and manage daily tasks, support is good and they are very responsive.
It’s got better constantly for the last three years
The app was originally buggy and dropped data. It is now much better, all of our engineers find it easy to use. Always update the software after a weekend as this is when updates are added.
So bad!
This app is honestly useless. Using out in the field and it refreshes job every time you add a photo unless you do it all at once. If your screen turns off, it’ll let you stay in attachments, take a photo, then bam, refresh. Add job notes, screen turns off for a bit, come back and bam, refresh and notes gone. It’s honestly so painful that you have to do your notes on your phone in another app and copy paste right at the end cause it wants to refresh all the time! Also can hit refresh on the app 10 times but it won’t update in the office until it feels like it. Very frustrating. Sort it out simpro, your subscriptions are the most expensive on the market so you should be making enough to not have these issues! Rebuild it from the ground up if you need to. Quotes are also incredibly painful to do. You canned the connect app, but at least it worked mostly! Take some notes from it!

Not working
After splash screen , only shows whit screen
Don’t use your own phone.
It became evident very quickly there are major tracking issues with this app. Started a job with a new company and said I’m happy to use my phone. I have an iPhone 14. Most upfront apps let you ad photos strait from the camera but because this one wants to know your location so badly it won’t work. Wants access to your whole gallery to make it work. So in summary this is a good old fashioned app from 10 years ago from before the time companies didn’t realise we don’t want all our activities tracked. If you get a work phone just turn it off till you need to use the app. btw I checked on another co workers phone which is Apple and he got the same issues. Finally my over priced phone is paying off.
