  • They don’t work good

    The LEDs will work on and off I will go into the app and it just doesn’t connect it works sometimes but I’ve had them for a month now and it’s getting worse don’t get these they aren’t the best go for a better brand don’t use them.
  • Good lights rarely don’t connect

    Mine are actually great idk what was going on before but yea mine are fine not a bot swear but I think maybe they fixed them or maybe not I just got lucky 😶
  • Doesn’t integrate proper with Google Assistant

    Use this app for a four pack of LED flood lights. The lights always show as on in the Google assistant app, even when they are off, and whenever I ask Google assistant to turn on or off the lights it just tells me “Difficulty communicating with TechLife”. After a delay, they will actually turn on or off, but there definitely seems to be something wrong with its integration with Google.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO HELP

    After checking lights to make sure they worked, I then unplugged it, installed, then reconnecting. Nothing happened. Then after looking for manuals, for setup, nothing for troubleshooting. Contact info? None, no where. And the app is complete garbage. It’s only usable on the app, Alexa can only control power and one color. None of the special stuff! What’s the point of getting it compatible with Alexa if u can’t use most of the features and functions!!!?!??!???!?!

  • terrible

    i got my led lights set up and connected fine, but when i clear out the app, like how you clear out all of your apps running in the background, something happened and now when i go back into the app and try to log in it says "network error" and if i try to make a new account it says the same thing, either get a different brand of led lights or just use the remote, the app is useless

  • Network issues

    At first the app worked great. After 3 days trying to log in and it just keeps telling me “network issues” I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app. My internet and mobile data are working just fine. I’ve also unplugged and plugged back in the lights.
  • Disappointed😞

    Although everyone says it doesn’t work or not to buy.. I beg to differ. It does take awhile to get it to connected or even acknowledged via bluetooth but i managed to make it work in single (wifi) mode. Although i couldn’t turn it up ALL the way it could otherwise it would randomly turn itself on and off at 3/4 of the brightness it does in fact stay on and work completely fine. Unfortunately I cannot sign back into my account to even configure let alone just turn it on. It continuously says loading and then Network Error. Would i recommend it? No, because I now am truly disappointed in the product.
