    everytime i go to try connect my led’s they wont pop up. its slow and to many bugs.
  • Horrible

    My power went out & my router needed to be reset which meant renaming the network. After this happened my light strip wouldn’t connect to the app, the remote or my Alexa anymore. I’ve had these lights for 2 months now & it’s been nothing but problems. DO NOT BUY.
  • Bugs fix please

    iPad landscape mode breaks the app- you cannot press any button. Please fix this and remove that huge living room photo (really useless)

    Also could you please add these features?
    -Alarm clock : turn on/off light with music at set time and date
    -slowly increase brightness /decrease brightness when alarm time is set
    -pulsating rainbow mode : please allow user to adjust brightness for the pulsating mode, currently is only max brightness, cannot adjust brightness
    -Allow custom rainbow mode: users can select 5-10 colors they like, and only cycle through those colors in custom rainbow mode

    These features would make the app so much more useful.

    My lights only light up I have no control too then now
  • Poorly developed app

    It took like a whole hour to connect my led lights to the app, it didn’t work on my iPhone so I got on my chromebook and downloaded the app through the play store, after that I was finally able to get it to connect, also the phone mic is kinda delayed and the device won’t pick up any sound unless it’s like a clap, i have to have the volume blasting in order to get it to detect it. Sometimes the app won’t turn on/off the led lights, and for some reason it won’t work with Apple Music, but it works ig

    I had question how I can connect to the app Home from iPhone
  • Wifi not connecting

    I brought the LED lights and set them up. The remote worked amazing, but with the app every time I used their wifi like they told me to, it said to connect to their wifi but I already did. Don’t get this it’s a waste of time.

    The people who are complaining either needs to return bc they got a faulty one or they just don’t know how to use them probably put the prongs in upside down and they are wireless… the are Bluetooth or remote come on man really

  • THE worst app I’ve ever had to deal with

    Seriously? This is not even a BETA quality!! Can’t paste password from password manager? Can’t type in wifi network name when it’s asking you to do so to pair that crappy bulb?! Can’t be bothered wasting time with it, the bulb landed in the bin! Buyer beware! Don’t wast your money on this rubbish! Oh yes, forgot to mention one of the bulbs died within 2 weeks of using!
