Love the smooth checkin process
First time staying at a Sonder hotel and using the app. I love the smooth check-in process!
Not global!
What a shame… brilliant website but the app is letting the side down. For a global travel company, the app should be international. Sadly as a Brit looking at hotel options it only offers me the prices in US dollars, not GBP£. A shame when the website offers both. I like to use apps as easier on the eye on an iPhone, but will end up looking at IHG etc as easier to book on an app.

This app along with the service that accompanies Sonder is absolutely top notch. 5⭐️ 10/10! I went on the app & began a chat which was immediately answered by a real person ever single time. I asked for a blanket & was provide with a brand new within 20 mins of my request. It is exceptionally clean. I love the fitness center & spa. The building is immaculate. Security is 24/7 & they are helpful & kind as well. The Lobby is beautiful, warm & tranquil. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend others to experience this service as well! Thank you Sonder team!

App worked well, wish the hotel was of equal calibre
We stayed at the Boylston in Seattle. They provide you with ear plugs and a white noise machine because the walls aren’t sound proofed.
Too much hassle and too much data required.
I’ve been a customer since 2022, and when I tried to book recently, they required an incredible amount of my personal data. My money is green on Hotwire, so why do I need to submit a side to side selfie and front and back of my ID in order to book a room? I was told this was in order to prevent hassle, but this was all hassle.
Also, initially I was kicked off the app in the middle of a verifying myself and had to start over. This resulted in two reservations being made. I had to call customer service twice in order to complete the reservation. It ate up my time. How is this not a hassle?
Customer service was great and effective each time, but the requirements for a room were exceptional and I’m not sure I will be using this site when I have other options.

Extremely Satisfied!
My stay was Amazing , the quality of the entire facility is obvious as soon as you Step into the lobby.I got a 2 bedroom for my family and our unit was immaculate. It screams Luxury! whenever I visit ottawa this has to be my default residence.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peace of mind stay and wanting to get their moneys worth.
Only hassle during my stay which isn’t really an issue was their on premise parking was full, so I had to park at City hall overnight, but I thoroughly enjoyed the walk , so really no complaints.

Pleasant Surprise
I am incredibly impressed with my room and the amenities at this hotel. Everything was so clean, comfortable and new. It felt like I was staying at a boutique hotel but for a very reasonable rate. It’s conveniently located in the city and I love the ease of entry and how all the little details of the amenities were thoughtfully presented. Therefore, it is a great combination of feeling at home but also with a modern hotel vibe and design.

Buggy app experience
What a horrid experience. App errors galore as I was unable to load my stay. Once logged into the app no ability to recover an existing registration (or at least no clear way to start the process from the Stays screen).
Easy and Beautiful
Really the best of both worlds for AirBnB and hotel type stays. If you don’t have a large group, Sonder is the way to go.
