Not a bad app

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and find it very useful for keeping me on track during my workout.
I use it every time I work out and the timer between sets and exercise videos do a decent job.
There are multiple routines varying in difficulty for each body part as well as full body workouts if you haven’t got access to a gym (I don’t use the meal plan as have MyFitness app).
If you use this app properly and stick to a decent schedule and know a bit about what you are doing (I’ve been training for years) it’s a good guide and accountability tool.
Negatives are that some of the workout reps are inconsistent with the exercise level and some of the exercises are out of sync.
I get the impression this has been put together by someone who doesn’t train and it hasn’t been checked thoroughly by a qualified PT, which is pretty inexcusable for a paid exercise app.
However, if you are like me and know what you are doing in the gym and want to not have to think about your routine in advance, and then track the rest between sets, this does the job.

Dope app to take out the guessing

Easy to follow. Don’t always have time to gather, draw up and figure out routines for each body part and shuffle them so I don’t plateau and this app takes that guessing out of it. Switches up so if your doing legs on mondays, chest on tuesdays, back on wednesdays, you can cycle thru this program different days for an amazing 12 week program and pump. Adjusting ur weights and keeping track of ur own progress should be easily included in the app, a space to jot down numbers that’s all that’s missing. But I love the programs. Don’t cheat urself. Increase those weights weekly. Do about six programs each week (chest, legs, arms, back, core, shoulders) for 12 weeks, then you can do some of the others like at home, calisthenics, muscle building, fat burning, for additional weeks. It really gives you ah Years program you can cycle thru. Make the necessary changes to the weights and exercises pending on what you have at home, to change your body and life. 🫡✊🏿🔥

Poor exercise guidance

Thought this would be a good app .. I was wrong!
Tried ‘Workout 1’ .. besides two sets of push-ups the next was lunges.
Set 1 .. left leg … Set 2 left leg. Same video used in second as in first set.
There are better apps out there.
Poor effort by the developers.

My dream work out app

I love the app because I feel it keeps me on time during my workout and gets me doing a range of exercises more than I did before. Which gives me an overall feeling of fitness.

Can you please add the ability to input the amount of weight for each exercise so I know how much to increase the weight by each time. The app could potentially track how many calories burnt if it knows how much weight was lifted each exercise.

I’d also like to see my workouts appear on an in app calendar that lets me visually see which days I trained and see which muscle group was trained on which days. Clicking on a historical work out should let me go back and see exactly what I did in a previous work out. It would also be good to be able to enter diary notes on the calendar each day and record any random notes related to the work out such as how I was feeling that day and any other messages to myself.

Hmm

So, while you cannot deny it is helpful to a guide for exercising… I feel like after going through the questions and receiving ‘my plan’ it was just a couple of different routine I could do and not so much the guidance of where to start and how to manage them all etc and I’m not well versed enough in working out to know what I should or shouldn’t be doing… I kinda thought that’s where this app would come in handy.

No guidance on time, but good app

Pretty good workouts and recipes. The problem for me is that there are no suggestions on the programs of weight used, frequency of workout or how many workouts to be doing at the same time. Maybe I’m missing it somewhere on the app. Would heavily suggest to the developer suggesting frequency of workout or schedule. Like are we supposed to do one of each of the programs daily or what?

Only note on the recipes and food would be that it would be helpful if you could have a feature where the shopping list could be populated weekly. That way you could know what you’re shopping for without going manually through each individual recipe.

All and all a good app, but would appreciate some of these adjustments

Avoid at all cost

- the product you get is not even near similar to what is advertised
- many hidden costs
- the trial is poor and you led to believe that signing up ensures more to access and better workouts - that does not happen
- if you can do a squat, a 20 second plank and a 5 push ups you definitely do not need this app.

Very childish and low intensity workouts

Looks like these workouts are for kids. For example buliding strong and massive back it gives an easy 3 workouts which is hardly going to do any heck. Its same with other workouts as well. Requested for a refund already

Unable to cancel subscription

Ad looked great so thought I’d opt in to check it out.
Requires subscribing to view plans and such which is fine, however decided this is not for me.
Went to unsubscribe however was unable to as the cancel button does not register through settings.
Checked Apple reviews and found I’m not the only one who has been subjected to this.
This needs to be fixed. Literally scamming money out of people by not allowing them to cancel.

Stay away

I had a couple issues with this product. First, the app asks you if you’ll be doing the workouts at home or in a gym - this would be a good thing if they actually applied your answer to what they create for a workout plan. Unfortunately, they gave me many exercises that could only be done in a gym even though I selected “at home” versus “at a gym” for the question about where I’d be working out. Then after about 3 weeks I decided that I didn’t want to renew the subscription. I cancelled the subscription and was no longer able to access the workouts in the app even though I had already for 2 more months. So, I emailed them and they couldn’t find my account and asked for a receipt of proof of payment. So, I sent them a screenshot of the only proof I had (from Apple Pay). Apparently it wasn’t good enough because the app still wants me to pay again and they haven’t replied to my only proof of payment.
