Very bad app
Lost all downloaded back issues. New app does not allow the previous purchased issues to download to the new app for reading. Customer service is non existent providing no help at all. New app makes you re-download issues when you open the app to read magazines.a9@&$
Ridiculous
Same as all the other reviews, forced to upgrade now lost all back issues. The worst part is that I can’t login, even though I’m a subscriber for another 7 months. This needs fixed soon, or I will not consider renewing my subscription. Who tested this garbage???drew-Md
Just can’t believe it
Wish I had taken the time to see all the reviews before I pressed the button. Another casualty of lost issues...great way to test an app by letting the paying customers find your problems. When will we get our back issues restored!!!HotCollar
Getting better
Although you can’t get the back issues, it now doesn’t ask you to subscribe if you already are a subscriber. Also it opens to where you stopped reading. I was able to sign on despite a notice rejecting my credentials when I noticed it was unlocked.DRK12
Continuously have to sign out of iTunes to refresh subscription
Almost every time I go to access this app, I have to sign out/sign back into iTunes and restore subscriptions. This is an absolute pain as it causes me to re-download all of my Music in my library.Lukasman77
Horrendous Upgrade it’s a Downgrade
Having the same issues as many others with the upgrade won’t accept credentials. Can’t see previous issues. And can’t reach support for assistance. Calling them and it goes to a recording saying they go to 10CST and I’m calling at 8. Emails go to a black hole. Worst experience of any app ever I’ll have to revert to my paper issues.Show lessLike Google
From Bad to Worse
Just when I think the app can’t get any worse, Golf magazine exceeds my expectations... Who do they have working on their app development team? This is the biggest piece of crap to date. I was annoyed that the previous version gave us a cheap rendition of a scrolling PDF. I loved the app three versions ago when it was interactive... remember the good ole days when we could time lapse the swing sequences or even scratch off the answers to the rules quizzes??? Now, not only do I have a cheap pdf to scroll through, I can’t download past issues, and the newest issue doesn’t recognize my overpriced subscription I’m paying for... Please, for the love of Bobby Jones and all that is holy, get your act together or I’m taking an unplayable and leaving you for good! It’s hard for me to say, but the miserable app known as Golf Digest is better... and that’s a low bar to cross.Show lessTLWalls
Worst!
Always had problems getting issues to download, but now they are all gone after being forced to “upgrade”. Nowhere to enter magazine subscription info so this is completely useless. I started recycling magazines from past years because I had digital copies on the old app. Now I have nothing. This is just stupid business and poor app development.Show lesslbell1616
Joining the club, hoping others will follow
I am experiencing same issues as other people. I can only view September issue. My authentication information is not accepted. It looks like they want to force you into a new account that is tied to your Apple account for renewal. I also have a lot of issues remaining on my current subscription.
