    Can’t download latest issue and have not got any were with support about my subscription that still has to run till next September
  • Can't log in

    Like the others, I have a paper and digital subscription but I can't access the latest edition. Gave it two stars because the Tiger Woods edition worked fine, but it didn't need a subscription to access it.

    UPDATE: seem to have access now, but the magazine won’t download. Won’t change my rating yet.

    UPDATE: still unable to access the magazine issues. Support is non existent- merely get “form” emails from them promising it will be fixed but no actual assistance.

  • Worst app ever

    Nothing wrong with the old one. Basic and reliable. I hope the new one was designed by somebody’s nephew cause I don’t see any other reason for this thing to exist. Can’t even login properly
  • Worst app experience I've ever had.

    How can you release updates this app without fixing the single biggest issue that prevents people from logging in to use it?

    I have no access to back issues or even the current issue for that matter and they don't seem to care about fixing it.
  • Can’t log in

    Like others the digital version will not accept my login or password. Is anyone out there listening?
  • Paid subscription doesn’t work

    I can’t download the latest issue. I even called support and was told it will work again from the 15th Oct. Just seen the update, still not working, wonder if I was given a bull story. Not impressed.

    I cannot sign in to my October issue. When I called Golf Magazine they had no way to help me since forgot password was not on t the sign in screen. They gave me an iTunes phone number and they said Golf Magazine should help me since they are not involved with passwords. I have no idea why my sign in failed and no one can help me. Golf Magazines and ITunes have a real communication problem. What a mess.

    Second time I have written. Nobody cares and no help! My only solution seems to be cancel Golf Magazine and continue with Golf Digest. I have never seen a worst app and people who can’t or won’t help. Disgusting.

    Third review. Still worst app I have ever seen and worst customer service. I don’t thank they even try to be of help or they simply don’t care about their customers.

  • Still haven’t fix the login.

    More than 1 month after forcing us to a new app, it still will not take my login. Changed password and email. Nothing. Customer service is a joke. I will not be renewing.
  • Horrible App

    I’m like everyone else here. Thought it was just me. Had no choice but to upgrade from old app. Lost all my back issues. Will not accept log in credentials. This is the worst app ever. Wrote customer service and have heard nothing. I have a renewed 2 year subscription and have been a subscriber for years. Feel like canceling.

    Update: So it appears that the digital subscription is now separate from the print addition. If you purchase the app price everything works fine. I tried the $1.99 price and the past 8 months became available but I had a new subscription in my Apple subscriptions. What a rip off.

  • Upgrade problem

    I upgraded and the app would not allow me to open the October 2018 when it became available and all my previous issues before September 2018 are not available. The app wants me to pay for them again!

    I deleted the app and reinstalled. October 2018 downloaded but the issues before September 2018 are still unavailable. When I tap on the circle arrow to restore those issues the app says i have not already paid for them.
