  • Horrible app, no customer service

    Called customer service to confirm my subscription is paid though Dec. 2020. Asked why I couldn’t access ANY of the issues previous or current. No answers, felt more like they were trying to get me off the phone rather than help. Only answer was “wait for the new update on Nov. 19th.” Used to work great but new version is the worst. Would love to give it zero stars but no such option.

  • Won’t accept credentials: Fixed

    Finally! It took me a couple tries before I understood the directions to click on the lock icon. Click out of the pop up and go to the lock icon in the top right corner to login.

    Do not buy magazine
    I was subscribed until March 2019 and it would not let me access the magazine at all after Oct 2018. Don’t waste your money

    Won’t accept login credentials thereby losing access to current and past issues.

    Finally!

    Golf magazine, please do your due diligence going forward so we, the paying public, don’t have to go through the frustration of poor customer login verification.

    I fear the next app upgrade, hence the four star rating.

  • Broken AP

    Have been a loyal subscriber for years but not being able to access my issues with a running subscription is just a joke. Let‘s see once this gets fixed how they reimburse us

    I have a 2-year subscription and with the new app I am unable to receive any new digital issues. In order to receive the digital issues I have to pay additional money. I do not recommend Golf magazine.
  • Broken Golf Magazine App

    The developers hit nothing but shanks and whiffs when they developed this app as a replacement for the working one. Contacting Golf customer service hasn’t worked. They don’t get back to you. I’m considering canceling the magazine based on the poor service. Watch out for auto-renewal. It’s cost was twice the price of the offered annual subscription. Extremely disappointed!

  • Terrible Service

    Why fix something that’s not broken. The old app worked perfectly. The new one is worst then horrible. It just doesn’t work. Like everyone else, can’t get my November issue. It asks me to subscribe. I already have a yearly subscription. Called customer service 4 times & have been given the run around. First they gave me a new password to sign in & that didn’t work. Then they said it will differently fixed by October 15. Guess not. They should fire their IT department. Back to Golf Digest.

  • Cannot Login and Download Latest Issue

    Tried to login to the app with no luck. Contacted both Golf Magazine service and Apple support, with no success in fixing the problem. Apple suggested that the app is not supported by iOS12 and may require an update. Go to work, developer😎!
