  • Does not work, lost all back issues

    Steer clear of this app, it doesn’t recognize logins, I can’t download current issues and lost years of back catalogue. Subscription is running until April 2019, but it just doesn’t work. Will cancel suBscription and raise a complaint with Apple about this app.
  • Won’t let me access my subscription

    This apps even when it worked is terrible. I can look on my iPad and see that my subscription ends 6 months from now yet I cannot access any issues from the past several months saying I didn’t pay for those yet clearly I did. I’m going to dispute this charge with my credit card company and not give a single dime to these criminals.

    Agree with other reviewers, can’t get current issue, worthless
  • App will not allow access to subscription!

    This app replaced an older app that worked quite well. The new app does not work AT ALL! I am logged into my subscription but each new issue requires me to purchase it - which I will not do. If they can’t get their act together go back to the original app.

    I can only read the older issues and the app shows that I must pay for the newest issues when my subscription is active until December 2019. At least I have the current paper versions. Golf is getting hammered for this app and they should be. It is worthless.
  • No Customer Service!!!

    My subscription goes through July 2019. In October, 2018 I received the icon for the November issue but am unable to access it. I am asked to purchase it. When I contacted customer service via email,(I cannot find a phone contact number) they replied that they were having technical issues that would be resolved at a future date and to keep checking. That date came and there was no change to my status. My next email reply was the same with a new future date. Again no change when we reached that date. I received the icon for the December issue and the whole scenario has repeated itself! Again I was told via email that the situation would be resolved by November 19. It is now Dec. 13, nothing has changed and my last two email inquires have gone unanswered. My sign in info is not recognized, I still cannot access the newest issues, (I can access October and older issues) and customer service does not respond.

  • Disaster-broken promises to fix

    They have promised to fix this for a long time, and it is still not working. I have lost 5 years of back issues. I have switched to Today’s Golfer, a UK magazine. Much better instruction and they give you the entire back catalog with your subscription. Check it out.
  • Rip off

    I paid for my subscription on September 2018. Now I cannot download the November and December issues. I sent an email to Golf magazine support and they said to contact the digital subscriber with no clear information on who to contact.
  • What a crock!

    They keep saying that they are updating the App to iron out problems, but don’t seem to be getting there.

    And the App Store are no use as they don’t reply to help requests.
  • Lost my library

    Previous app said it was no longer supported and I needed to upgrade. Upgraded and lost all previous issues I had downloaded except last months and I had re-download that issue.

    And, now I can see partial past issues in my library but I have to repurchase to download them again. As well, if I want the November (latest) issue I must purchase the issue to download. No response from Golf Magazine.
