Simple to install with brilliant results
I paired 4 ‘2Nice’ WiFi smart plugs in a matter of minutes using this app. Then within the app was able to group my lights to turn on and off together with the press of a button. The app does exactly what I needed it to and with ease. Cannot fault it in anyway, great build and UX guys 👍🏻
Device Registration Difficulties
I have 4 switched outlets. Original registration was fine.
Changed my home’s network SSID, now one device refuses to register to my account after re-registering. Using 2.4 band. Device’s relays operate and indicator light changes from blue to red within a few seconds (indicating device is connected to WiFi), but the progress indicator continues to cycle through to 100% (other devices dismissed the indicator a second or two after relays responded), and app reports unsuccessful.
Same behavior for several attempts and for both initial (fast blink) and alternate (slow blink and direct connect of phone to device’s SSID) registrations. Can’t find support contact info.
Other 3 are fine and use with IFTTT is straightforward.

Great item
I’ve had these for several months now and find them incredibly easy to use. I always have a spare close by in case I need a temporary application. Works great!
What to do with them
My neighbors said I should get these. Didn’t know what I would do with them. Little did I know I could have used more. Really like them.
Devices and App Work Great
I am using the Gi Smart App on my iPhone and I really like it. I communicate with my devices over my 5G WiFi wireless home network to 6 Gosund smart plugs. This App is super easy to use and allows me to manually turn connected devices on and off as well as to set up simple or complex schedules for daily automated control. The App provides the ability to name all the smart plugs and to name each entry in the timing schedule. I highly recommend this “Go Smart” app.

What a great thing. When I am working out I am able to turn on a floor fan without leaving my stationary bike. It’s awesome!!!
One common problem
HOW do you get it to go back online once it goes offline while everything else is still connected and functioning??? There’s no way to reset the device. All you learn is that the device is offline which you already knew because it wasn’t working.
For example. I say, “Alexa, turn on the corner lamp.” Alexa responds by saying, “The corner lamp is not responding. Try going to your settings and make sure you’re connected to your network.”
Okay. I am connected to the network; everything else is working and upon going to the setting for the corner lamp you see the same thing. That being an icon for a light bulb and the written notice, “The device is offline.”
There’s no way to reset a it. Very frustrating. Besides that it’s a pretty great app.

Terrible app
Imagine having a light switch that you need to hit 3 times in order to just turn on a simple light....
The bulbs are great, the app is horribly written. Presets take up to 3-4 presses to finally turn every light on that is saved in the setting.
There is also zero control of saving something as basic as color in the settings.
I would have purchased entirely separate brand of bulbs had I known how horribly written this app is..... so many bugs to fix and basic features you would expect are missing entirely.
Really disappointed after spending a few hundred bucks on bulbs...

Can’t save color in presets!!!
Why can’t you save presets with different colors? This should be the most basic functionality ever for a LED RGB bulb.

Super solid product and performance!
Love this product, have them in both my house and vacation home. Supper solid performance and relatability! Even with multiple extended power outages and other power related issues, these devices always came back up in the state they were when the power went out. Integrates great with google home as well. Recommend them to anyone.
