Stuck in dealer mode
The app originally worked well when installed. I purchased a new phone. The app has been stuck in dealer mode for months and will not exit. I have removed and reinstalled the app repeatedly. A reply from the manufacturer, seller and software take weeks or don’t occur and the only advice is delete the app and reinstall.

Do not recommend
I have the app for over 3 years now and I have nothing but issues with it. It never works to start my truck… ever. I contacted the company so many times and the issue never gets resolved. It’s definitely not worth paying for when 99% of the time it doesn’t work. Customer service is horrible.
App Needs Improvements
I use this app mostly in the winter. The app works well but does have bugs when it comes to the alarm going off. It sends a notification that’s an alarm making you think something is wrong but it doesn’t actually tell you anything like if you left a door open or someone hit the vehicle. It also would be nice if the watch app worked as well as Shortcuts support to make Siri Shortcuts to start the vehicle.

What’s the point paying for an app that works only 10% of the time. I would have never paid for this if I knew how little it was going to work.
Not working after upgrading phones
It was working fine before i upgraded from iPhone 11 to the 13 Pro Max. Seems like 5G might be affecting it. Support isn’t helping at all.

I’m so excited, first remote start after living in Chicago for 11 years! Works perfectly, i can even customize the Home Screen car image to display my truck. Love it thank you!

The app works most of the time, and the counter usually stays at o. App is good when it works.

Since the iOS 14 update, we now have widgets, i think it would be super cool to have a widget for this app, that way we could have all the features of the app without even opening the app
Crash
The app alway have issue. Please fix the service I need it to work so the car is cool when it’s time to get in.

Working so far. Pretty basic features nothing special. But works great and as intended. Would give 5 stars but I’ve Been searching for info for about 30 minutes and still haven’t found anything on the alerts. My phone randomly just started going off loud like an amber alert sound and the linkr app opened up on home page and all looked normal. That was loud and scared the kids lol. Hope that’s not the norm. I want to find out what the alerts are that it gives before I turn them off to avoid that again.
