Do not recommend
I have the app for over 3 years now and I have nothing but issues with it. It never works to start my truck… ever. I contacted the company so many times and the issue never gets resolved. It’s definitely not worth paying for when 99% of the time it doesn’t work. Customer service is horrible.nliepke
App Needs Improvements
I use this app mostly in the winter. The app works well but does have bugs when it comes to the alarm going off. It sends a notification that’s an alarm making you think something is wrong but it doesn’t actually tell you anything like if you left a door open or someone hit the vehicle. It also would be nice if the watch app worked as well as Shortcuts support to make Siri Shortcuts to start the vehicle.Show lessYoutube took my money

Not working after upgrading phones
It was working fine before i upgraded from iPhone 11 to the 13 Pro Max. Seems like 5G might be affecting it. Support isn’t helping at all.Hoandy2
Works so good!
I’m so excited, first remote start after living in Chicago for 11 years! Works perfectly, i can even customize the Home Screen car image to display my truck. Love it thank you!Joe737

Since the iOS 14 update, we now have widgets, i think it would be super cool to have a widget for this app, that way we could have all the features of the app without even opening the appJose DV92
Crash
The app alway have issue. Please fix the service I need it to work so the car is cool when it’s time to get in.Love danni
Great app. Can’t find more info however.
Working so far. Pretty basic features nothing special. But works great and as intended. Would give 5 stars but I’ve Been searching for info for about 30 minutes and still haven’t found anything on the alerts. My phone randomly just started going off loud like an amber alert sound and the linkr app opened up on home page and all looked normal. That was loud and scared the kids lol. Hope that’s not the norm. I want to find out what the alerts are that it gives before I turn them off to avoid that again.Show lessRickyyD

If not done please do so they can address your concerns in a timely manner. This can be done right in the app by tapping the “SEND FEEDBACK” on the main menu. I installed the unit on my slingshot
And it works great. Love the Apple Watch update. I can arm it and did-arm it from my watch awesome. Would highly recommend
