Not user friendly
This is the single most non-user friendly app I’ve ever had the displeasure to be forced to use. I have to input ALL my info for EVERY document like it’s going to change. I should be able to input my personal info once and then submit my documents without having to do it for EVERY document. This takes valuable time away from me and I don’t have a lot of it to waste. This app is so typical of any government access point it is t even funny anymore. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolute convenience
Technology has come such a long way that we no longer have to stress about getting to the office and waiting on long lines. Everything can be done, literally at your fingertips.
Easy to use and understand
This app allows people without means of transportation and money the much needed break of traveling to the nearest DSS Office and then, having to wait on line for hours to hand in documents or find out what the status is of your application which unfortunately results in just being told to wait; which causes a waste of your time and creates a stressful experience. Anyway, the app is very helpful esp when you’re on time cont constraints with application and verification of documents deadline.

If you could log out of one account for another, that would be ideal. There are many NYS logins, at least for me… I messed up what one I logged into and had to use a different device because I couldn’t log out. I tried to close out and go back in, and I even tried to delete the app and redownload it. No luck.

Old Technology
Extremely inconvenient. Most of todays files and paperwork is more conveniently digital. I have court papers that have been docusigned and my case worker sent me attachments that were scanned in and I could fill out on my computer. Many people in need of social services today are people that cannot leave their homes, stand in lines, are even younger with mental health issues and more technologically skilled. Why do we have to get stuck in the camera part? Why isn’t there an upload ability so we can upload digital files as in every other area of processing possible? Thank You for asking.

easy to submit important documents
Thank you fir making this system easy to use fir so many good people in hard times reduces stress fir social workers and others. Also helps things not to get lost to add to the stress to a family already under stress. Great full thank you someone had some people had intelligence and tried to improve vast and giant data base. Everything helps!

Easy and Fast!
I found this a very easy tool and cut my time and concerned about how fast the mail would arrive down to nearly 0. I’m very thankful for this.

My doc submit
It is a great app but you need a high quality device like an iPad or iPhone. Something that takes good pictures I wish it had an upload feature though

This has been a very welcomed service, quick and easy, in the privacy of your own home and not having to worry about documents being lost in the mail.
Easy to use.
Easy with a cell phone to scan and upload docs. Better than a FAX. Definitely better than USPO and wayyyy better than driving in with mixed up, dog-chewed, coffee stained paperwork.
