Hello Mig34are, Sorry to hear the app is not functioning properly for you. Are you still seeing this issue? We have tried to recreate on iPhone and iPad and we see movement without needing to touch the screen. Can you please let us know if this issue is still occurring? Why the need for two separate apps?

Hello OdiousO, Due to the response to our mobile ticketing pilot during the summer of 2017, we were asked to find a permanent solution for the following season. Given the goal of delivering a solution within that time frame, we decided to find an established vendor to deliver this product. While our vendor was focused on delivering a mobile ticketing app we, in parallel, enhanced our current transit app and linked the two. Please let us know if linking of the DART Transit app to the DART Pass is not working for you and we will address this issue. Thanks for your feedback. DART Transit App Team
