Better to have it than not to have it
Well when I got this app i discovered that I had more tickets than I knew about. Weird. Apparently they had not ever come in the mail!!!!! How problems!!! This constitutes the "unknown unknown", as in how do you know what you don't know? So two of mine had doubled. Thankfully it was only 1 month late for both of them. What if I'd never found out? Could I have been booted? Who knows. However other tickets I knew I had but had misplaced where not in my list of tickets!!! What to do? Oy!!! Well the District remains the District if you get my meaning, despite improvements.

New features don’t work
I’ve been attempting to get my digital registration card but it keeps giving me an error that my “device is not connected to WiFi. if the device is connected to WiFi uninstall and reinstall app.” I have erased and reinstalled the app as well as made sure my devices are on the latest update but still unable to stop the error

Mobile payments are quicker then the actual website. Websites need more clarity please.
Wrongfully Ticketed
I paid the ticket, however the signs are not clear on the block of 1400 in ward 1 across from the White House. The sign up too says that you came Park after 6:30. The green sign on the bottom say tour Bus meter zone which technically means tour buses can park there after 7:00 pm. If it ONLY a tour bus meter zone the sign should say Tour Bus Meter zone Only. I paid the ticket rather than contest only because of the time that it takes to come down town and deal with someone that Carry themselves in a manner that befits the behavior of the back streets dc or perhaps I’m stereotyping the organization for what it used to be and if that is the case I stand corrected and I apologize. Please check the signage.

Nice idea
Update to my first review. The app is even worse now than it was in the past. Totally useless and nothing works …ever. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. Don’t even bother to download, not worth your time you will end up frustrated
Great concept however the app doesn’t work most of the time. Get a error message when trying to do most things on the app. The error usually refers to a “network connectivity” issue.

Digital Registration Card doesn’t work
App is convenient but the main reason I downloaded it was to store my digital registration card. That feature no longer works and you just get an error message. It worked at one point but it no longer does. Probably will delete.
Registration card not added to wallet
Keep getting the message that the registration card cannot be added due to technical difficulties. I thought this as fixed. Otherwise all else is too.
If you we have to pay a ticket
The Most quickest and convenient way to pay a DC vehicle ticket is to pay through the app. It was very quick straightforward and you don’t have to use checks. The technology is there when I take a vantage of it
Can’t save to wallet
No longer getting the 1011 network connectivity error but now it won’t save to Apple Wallet due to “technical issues.” This was supposed to have been fixed but apparently it’s not because everyone in my house has the same problem.
