Error 1011 on Digital Registration Card
Digital registration card error. The app constantly returns this error: “(1011) Network connectivity error, please try again after some time. If your device is connected to the internet but you are still getting this error then please consider upgrading or reinstalling the App.”
Can’t access registration
Trying to access my registration and it gives me a connectivity error (1101) and says if you continue to experience this error reinstall or upgrade. I’ve reinstalled and keep getting the error. There’s no upgrade.
Why doesn’t it work?
So far everything I’ve tried to do has yielded weird error messages and have been able to do almost nothing. Moved back to my laptop and everything worked like a charm. I was able to get a digital copy of my registration and that’s a nice feature, hence two stars instead of one. Fix the bugs please!!

Been trying to pay my tickets to get the boot off my car and it’s keeps giving me error message

How long after paying a ticket will it take to no longer show on tickets owed?
Accepted Payment - left in limbo
Used the app to renew tag. Paid via app after being directed there by dmv website. Upon hitting pay it said “payment successfully voiced” then did nothing else. Can’t get it to give a receipt but my card shows it was charged the 340 for the renewal, parking and an organ donor donation I made. Now what?
