Best fuel app
I changed from the BP app to Caltex when BP changed the rewards system. Immediately I found the Caltex app much easier and faster to use than the BP app. The change has been a double win for me: the Caltex rewards system is better than even the original BP rewards system, and the Caltex app has much better functionality.Show lessGeoff BA
Takes ages to release funds
I used to love this app, the pay-in-app function was brilliant and it was the reason I chose Caltex.
Now it takes a week or more for them to release funds, requiring multiple emails to customer service (who are extremely helpful and responsive) as well as phone calls to bank.

Becoming more and more unreliable
Again, I’ve been double charged on my account because the app failed and timed out it’s now cost me a $180 hold on my account which won’t be resolved for at least two weeks which is not only highly convenient but disgusting given the current cost of gas which could mean a low income family going without food for a week, and this seems to happen at least once a month on averageShow lessMandysboy
Notifications don’t stop
Pretty decent app, and my preference is to pay at the pump with the app.
What I’m not happy about is the fact I’ve deselected notifications but they continue……
Same with the email newsletter, I’ve unsubscribe multiple times…….yet the newsletters continueWilliamO1976

Easy and simple
Comes in real handy at prepay pumps. I would simply pay and unlock the pump from the app. What I love the most is the transaction history it maintains and price comparison at different stations.Ashan Wij

Handy easy and fast
My experience so far has been great, being able to quickly park beside a pump and go through the process in the app. I always choose more amount that I know my car needs to be full, they then discount the correct amount from my credit card. I select the discounts and I’m also earning Airpoints.toujours y siempre
Pay in car is pathetic
All other functions of the app are okay but the one thing that should be really useful is a joke. Tried paying in my car (cos pumps were on prepay only) and not only did it NOT apply my Gold Card discount, it actually managed to stall on ‘lift nozzle’ even though it was ready to deliver. I completed the delivery but still it remained stuck on that screen with no way forward. I wanted to do a second $40 delivery but… nope. Wasn’t gonna happen. Weds major work on this aspect of its function.Show lessMickWilly
Nice and Easy ever
Good experience within the app. Took me 3 minutes to set up account and then fuel my car in next 5.
