Nice and Easy
Had the app for ages and always went in store, but today the store was busy so added the credit card and paid at pump. Simple and straightforward, selected $80 in the app, but car only took $45, and when I put the pump back 5 times it still didn't disconnect the pump, so walked to the shop to ask got 3 steps from the car and it disconnected, so hopefully that's not normal! Needs self select amounts
Absolutely love the app and the ease of fuelling up! The only issue I have is not being able to select how much I want to topup by, it has to be one of the pre set $ dollar amounts. If I wanted to top up $75 I have the choice of $60 or $80. There needs to be an option to self select an amount.LishaL1993
Frustratingly doesn’t work with any reliability
Love the idea of this app but it’s the worst fuel pay in app I’ve used yet. Have only been able to get it to work a few times. In recent times, it begins the process, I select the pump etc and then it just goes nowhere till it times out - again and again and again. Then I have to get the fuel attendants to reset the pump before I can pay in store and pump gas. Each time this has happened, an attendant has told me this is a common problem and it’s a dreadful app. Complete waste of my time. Considering shifting to BP because I know their app actually works reliably.Show lessJoobla
I like it
I think it’s great. I don’t always use Caltex but I do like having my card and air points number loaded in and ready to go whenever I’m at a Caltex station.Mikethe 300th probably
Well I thought this app was magic
When I first downloaded this app it was fantastic however there must have been an update on it now the app won’t show when my stacked amount is expiring.
How is this helping the customer you don’t know now how many days you have left to use your stacked amount very disappointing as a customer.
A very good way to rip people off due to there stacked amount being
Taken off because they expired before they use them not impressed with this.

Easy to download and easy to use
Needed gas asap, only gas station, saw we could download app and fill. Did that easy as. Everything took less than 5 mins literally! Thank you!!!!Hanmer Springs Caltex Gas
Terrible app
Dry poorly done app. My email gets flagged every day for suspicious activity. Calling the help line is useless as they don’t support the app either. Stay away from this app and CaltexDidierva
Using Loyalty Cards
When you open the app you do not see your chosen loyalty card to open and scan at checkout. All you see is the barcode for the Caltex App. You have to go to your account and then click cards etc a real faff instead of your loyalty card being available on the home screen it’s two clicks down in the App. On the Z fuel App your loyalty cards are there to give you the option straight away which barcode you scan. The developers fixed a small issue! Thanks! I found an issue with the app, where it defaulted to pump 1 instead of no pump, which can lead to you paying for the wrong pump if you forget to select a pump. I submitted this feedback to the developers and they fixed it!!! 👍🏻Desmond Grey
Works well for me
Great app, pull in to the Caltex station, note the pump, add in how much to fuel and within seconds the pump is unlocked and ready to go. Fuel discounts automatically process and once the pump handle is back you get a confirmation screen that lets you know it’s all paid for. Saves pre paying when pumps are on pay in store first.Show lessTimAsh3000
