Unsupported app
Why is this app even still in the App Store? It hasn't been updated in 3 years! It doesn't work. My "smart" tree is only a year old and the app has never worked for me. Sadly, there's no way to know about the app until after you've bought the tree.
Terrible App
I would give this zero stars if I could! Followed the instructions as stated to get connected with no success. Waste of time! ID doesn’t show up in WiFi selection, network settings only says failed and doesn’t do anything else. Deleting the app and reinstalling it did nothing.

So me and my parents download it and I won't work. I reset my phone and nothing. It's a waste of time. This is a bad app don't waste your time on this app! No wonder it has 1.5 stars! Waste of time bad app

Also purchased from b&q to cover my house though won’t connect to wifi saying needs to be reset. Bought 20 packs costing way too much and now can’t utilise the app. App needs to be fixed otherwise don’t bother with the smart lights

Bought from B&Q - as other reviewer say, keeps asking to IOT WiFi not found & reset device but can’t reset so therefore doesn’t work. Troubleshooting or support is non-existent

Worst smart accessory
Super cumbersome to make the tree a “smart tree”. Easier to push the bottom on the tree switch. You have to use their app to setup in Google home and Google Assistant but only works in Google assistant and after speaking a command and then speaking what you want it to do. No shortcuts.
