Total crap
If I could give this no stars, I would. We bought our Christmas tree because we were supposed to be able to connect it to Alexa and now the app keeps saying that it can’t connect to our tree and wants us to keep resetting it. Someone needs to fix this app. I seriously just want to return this tree and get a cheaper one with better option through a remote.

Will not connect to WiFi
The app recognizes the WiFi but there is a connection issue no matter how many times you reset the device. Hopefully they can fix the bugs! Does not work. Don’t buy this tree!
Will cont connect to wifi
Having the same problem as everyone else in regards to getting the tree hooked up on our WiFi. Tree looks awesome but we paid for the link to Alexa. Could have bought a cheaper tree without this feature. Disappointing

App will not connect. Very disappointing.
New device won’t connect
App offers no help but to restart the device and after restarting 30 times and reconnecting through the devices network the app cannot find the device. No support based around this issue or in FAQ’s.
App issues
After spending over two hours on the phone with customer service the app still will not connect and register the tree even though it has connected to the tree’s IOT WiFi...great concept but horrible when it comes to actually using!!!
Doesn’t/won’t connect
Even with my phone connected to the “IOT” WiFi the app will not detect the connection. After countless device resets it still won’t detect the connection, making the “smart” aspect of the tree useless.
