Absolute rubbish does don’t work with Alexa properly. Took light back.

Wi-Fi trick
The most beautiful tree I’ve ever seen but it seems hard to connect to Alexa open your Wi-Fi connection on your phone and make sure you login to the Christmas tree then you’ll be able to go onto their app and register your tree do you won’t find it on Alexa even after it’s working I’m not sure why and don’t forget to say tell smart tree otherwise it doesn’t work either Hope this helps

Unable to connect app to smart tree
After about 15 tries and several different error messages and still not being able to connect my tree to the app I gave up.
Polygroup App is terrible

Trying to find a post with the instructions everyone mentions but no luck and Lowe’s is USELESS for assistance🤬 save your money and don’t buy this JUNK Tree or App!
Wasted time
App won’t do anything at all ! Will not consider the developers of this app in anything their associated with or any company the work with. Crappy developers and support of the app. Amateurs evidently
Can’t find WiFi and no help
Nice tree but can’t control the tree with the app. Using a smart plug so it turns on and off.
Thought I would be able to do that with the app. Also thought the lights would have more color choices. Basically it’s a nice warm white and multi colored then combinations of flash or dim. Thought we’d get solid colors too.

problems connecting to WiFi
Followed instructions problems arose around WiFi and could not fix. Didn’t want another customer service call due to the first call. My choice. I will use a smart plug to connect to Alexa. But I payed for that to already be available. The tree it’s is a pretty good tree but too expensive if it does fully work and I think it is the Polygroup smart app that needs to be better / fixed / upgraded. Move your user rating age up, 4 year olds will not be able to set this tree up.
