App doesnβt allow youro login
Updated to this version and unable to login. I can successfully login on desktop website version with identical credentials which means there is a problem with this mobile app.

I wish you guys would send us a notification to confirm that we are the one using our card because I used my card at little Caesar on April 12th and then on Sunday 14th I saw my money disappearing from my account and by the time I got through with one of your rep it was too late I couldnβt even do anything sigh plz fix this itβs not fair.

Trying to get the payday loan and as soon as it reaches the Final page it says βunable to get location please try again laterβ for days now and it something Iβve used before tried everything that has to do with location in iOS and still not working please fix this bug ASAP itβs irritating π

Take the necessary steps to reach out to those customers affected and see how best they can be compensated and get back to normality.

NCB Mobile App
While the app suffers from periodic glitches, it is by far one of the most interactive banking apps on the local market my thing is why doesnβt local banks allow you to lock your debit cards to prevent fraudulent transactions while allowing fees and standing orders to be charged I believe such a move would inspire confidence in the bank itself. If security is truly something NCB wants to offer their customers this is a big step in that direction

Poor User Experience
As a person who uses the app internationally I am not on the app everyday. 2-3 times per year if so much.
The app provides the ability to leverage your face id nice but requires you to use a password if you havenβt logged in over a month. What happens because I donβt use the app regularly is I forget my password. Then I have to go through the lengthy process of unlocking my account or resetting my password. Poor login user experience.
