Good luck registering
To register, the App emails you an authentication code, but you have only 60 seconds to enter the code after you request one. My email never loads quickly enough. Plus, after 5 requests, you have to wait until the next day to try again. I still have not been able to register. They seriously need to increase the window to enter the code. At least give people 3 minutes. 60 seconds is ridicuous. If I can’t register, I’m returning the entire scanner. Kind of lame that the company risks losing business just becasue their App doesn’t give people enough time to enter an authenticaiton code.Show lessChrisz1212
It’s complete disaster
Not even allowing to register even though you provide all details as mentioned, it keeps complaining to have 8-20 characters letter and number combinations for password. It’s a waste of time and energy.mkjd28
QR CODE???
How do you scan a QR code on the bottom of your scanner when it doesn’t come with one? I bought the ET 16+ and hope to use it with my iPhone no dice. This is very upsetting.Bz mom of 4
Useless
This app does not offer any operational control of the CZUR Aura Pro scanner, so it is of no use whatever.
CZUR - please upgrade this iOS app to include the capability to operate a scanner and save scanned images, as the CZUR software for Windows systems can.TBxxxxxxxxxx

First ET18 Pro not supported in MAC OS Monterey then I can not pair my iPhone CZUR App with scanner.

Registering the account on the app
It won’t send the authorization code to my email no matter how many times I refresh. I have looked in both the regular inbox and the junk box for the emails. We need more time than 60 seconds to register.Yellow Medicine County Hist.

It’s an adventure
It is a good thing that you don’t need this app to use the Aura version of the scanner. It might be an adventure to even register this app so you can use it. The authentication code might be hiding in your junk email; you have 60 seconds (countdown) to find it. The only added functionality for Aura is a notebook with no explanation for its usefulness.
