Grrr!

The app won’t stay open while I’m using. my phone will go to sleep and the app just pauses mid workout. All other apps don’t do this!🤨

So I just started this program and I feel like I can move at my own pace and challenge myself according to how I feel,and know that there is no pressure.👍🏾

I love it!!!! Best Pilates app and it’s free. Really helped me keep track of my schedule and helped me in the start of my journey to get fit and healthy.

Good habits, spammy adverts

If you can stick with having to close the same ad 4-6 times before it actually goes away then you can really develop a good routine with this app. It takes about 5 minutes a day, and I’ve felt stronger in my core since using it consistently for a month.
The workouts don’t get harder with each batch of days, but it’s the same movements mixed in different combinations. Each movement focuses on a different part of the core, glutes, or legs.
Despite the spam level of adverts it’s one of the better free Pilates apps out there that I’ve found
