Terrible
This app does not recognize my credentials nor does the app load the clock in/out times of some of my team. The app gets stuck on loading and you have to use the website on the computer. Not user friendly or workable at all.
Your employer made a regrettable decision
If you’re using this app, your employer made a regrettable decision.
Clearly the leadership of your employer doesn’t use this app or perhaps they just don’t care about the employee experience.
It’s a poorly implemented, 1/2 hearted attempt at a native app using slipshod hybrid app coding that behaves oddly and wastes employee time. App behavior is inconsistent on the iOS platform, defying conventions, and exposing bugs.

Doesn’t work half the time
It will randomly log you out and be unable to “register your device”.
Not recognizing App on my device
Been using Time Works Plus for couple years.
Today won't recognize App on any device.
Restarted devices. Removed App and reinstalled and again restarted. Still a no go.

Needs better stability
Often times logs you out. Won’t let you log back in with the correct credentials. Later on you try again and you’re logged back in like nothing ever happened.
Will not recognize me
This app does not work all the time. Half of our staff is able to utilize it and the other half cannot even log on because it will not recognize our credentials. I have changed my password and even this had not helped. There is no link to ask for support. We literally have to go back to original set up email to be able to log in. We cannot even save the link in browser to have quick access because it has to start fresh from email link. Useless and frustrating.
