  • Every update it gets worse

    You’re lucky if you can get the app to work for more than one ticket at a time
    Camera takes only blurry photos if you use it through their app
    Take clear pictures I’d have to do it myself
    There is no way to fix it we need to go back to the old app
  • App is the worst ever

    App is awful. Worst I’ve ever had to use. I just did the latest update and it’s worse than ever. So frustrating and it takes twice as long to enter my work because the app stops working every couple minutes.
  • Broken app, but also poor servers

    Running on iPhone 11 and 4G LTE network service. The app has more bugs than a Dodge Ram pick-up trick or a Fiat, and unexpectedly crashes at random intervals. Need to clock out or check out of a location? Good luck to ya! Go ahead and press the respective buttons and watch in awe and wonder as absolutely nothing happens. Restarting the app sometimes helps, but it isn’t a guarantee. The apps biggest set back however are the servers that it communicates with. I can send all my work and photos to the servers via the app in a matter of one or two seconds at most. Receiving data from the servers to my device via the app can take a whopping five minutes and hardly ever is shorter than three minutes. And half the time, it ends up timing out and now you have to go back and and wait another 3-5 minutes. Have verified that my equipment and connection is fine, something is either improperly set up or poorly maintained on the host side of things. Get ready to waste your day and working hours with 1Hub mobile, where technological (in)competence is always on display. I don’t know what I despise more. ADP or 1Hub?

    UPDATE: 4th delete and reinstall because it just stops working!!! Yay!!!!!!!!! Honestly, what does the Dev Team do all day long!? Apparently just enough to earn their paycheck each week and that’s it

  • Takes forever to load

    This app is worst then salestrak. It has all sorts of bugs and overtime it seems like the problem is getting worst. The biggest issue I encountered is the amount of time it takes to load and sync the app. Sometimes I have to wait for hours for the app to load. Get rid of this app once and for all.
  • WORST APP EVER!!!!

    I have had to use this app at 2 different jobs and it is by far the least user friendly app I have ever used. When it works, it is SO SLOW, had glitches ALL the time and is constantly freezing up! DONT USE THIS APP!!!!
  • Worst app ever

    I’m a CS and this app is a real pain. It freezes all the time. I have to delete the app and reinstall all the time. You should think about getting rid of this and go with the one ASM uses, why? It doesn’t freeze, an ES can put his or her time in without a problem. Yesterday, 10/22/19 I could not get into this app to post my work on this think as you call a wonderful app. It stinks get on board with get one that works or just trash this one!!!

    Hello after this app was updated to 3.4.6 it still has a major issue I seem to not be able to get into one hub Mplans it days validation error. Fix this thing or get something else. I’m tired of this!!

  • Worst app ever!!

    There are so many problems. By noon the app does not work because there so many employees on the app. The work is not being transfer correctly to our timesheets. The work is being lost. Crossmark needs to get rid of app.
  • SUGGESTED FIX

    I use the app for work with CMK as a Retail Rep. In IOS and Android. We have had to use the app in Airplane Mode to be able to navigate and submit mPlans without the all time consuming Sync every ticket. Is it possible to fix the issue of switching back and forth from Airplane mode to WiFi/Cell Data ON, and not have the app freeze up during the next sync at the Receiving portion of the Sync? Every time we switch back and forth to submit a batch of mPlans, we have to reset the database for it to continue and progress past the Receiving portion in order to fully sync? I have measured The difference in time of submitting mPlans online and in Airplane mode and for a batch of 8 mPlans is over 2 hours of waiting every time it syncs, but it’s only minutes when using Airplane Mode, I recommend fixing the sync option so that it’s faster and smoother or fix the hang up when coming off Airplane mode to Sync so we don’t have to reset the database every time we change that setting.

    Also, in the Quick Scan Product List in each mPlan, we cannot see the full product details like size or quantity nor the full product name, It would be very helpful if we could see that information. Maybe change the frame so it can be widened or self adjusted to each persons preference.

  • UGH!!!

    I have worked for Crossmark since paper was used to report our work. THIS IS THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER ATTEMPTED TO USE!!!!!! Please, please, please fix this before I pull my hair out!
  • Worst app ever. Why did you launch it before it was ready?

    Sales track was much better. We need this app to report our work and what hours we work and to see our schedule. I had a Motorola 6 G Play cell phone fully paid off $120 cell phone. I bought a I Phone X r 128g for $600 to see if it would work better with the one hub app it helped only a tiny bit. When I was a lead and was taking pictures of the Event Specialist that worked that day to prove they worked. It would tell me which m plan to take a picture of next and sometimes the person was on break. So I just take pictures of everyone 3 of each person. I attach the pictures to the correct m plan. Your app somethings get better and somethings get worst every time you fix it!!! Just fix all the problems and keep an eye on any new problems that show up on the app. I am having a hard time now getting my m plan going on my time sheet the same day I work. Sometimes it shows up the next day. That will not work on Saturday when it is the last day are hours are put in for that week and after 12 am it clears. The time sheet is empty and ready for the new week. Will you just fix it 100% and make sure it stays fixed!!! You app drives everyone crazy my
    Co -workers, the leads and the Supervisor nuts and you fix one problem and more pop up. I hate this app and it is how I report my work and how I clock in and out and how I see my schedule it is very important! Please fix it!!!
