What a hunk of junk. After only four months of use, the camera no longer works. I have rebooted my system. I have done everything that you were supposed to do with the camera for set up and it just quit working after four months. Unfortunately, there is no customer service number to call and the instruction booklet is 100% completely useless just like the camera. I only rated one star because that was the only way I could write a review. I would strongly recommend that anyone that Regis review take my advice save your time save your money, and do not buy this camera
I have contacted this company by email over two months ago and have yet to receive a response.
There is no 800 number to call. There is absolute zero support.

so sorry I bought your equipment. The software leaves a lot to be desired. Great camera and picture But you need to redesign the whole software system. my other cameras, the minute it comes up on my phone notification. You can pick on that and it goes right to the camera. So, in essence, you get a real time of what’s happening n the view of the area. You’re software takes forever to load and by that time you missed all the action in the camera range can be done to revamp your software take a lesson from Ring camera that has excellent software capabilities If I had to do over again, I would not buy your product. Very Good App for Manshur 4g LTE Cameras
We have two of the solar, powered 4G, LTE cameras, and they work very well with this app. The cameras are located in two different states and I estimate they work well 90% to 95% of the time.
I have a good luck with support from within the app and also if I call the phone number in the USA. If I call, I may not reach a representative immediately, but they always call me back.
They say they are working on improvements, and I actually received a notice to update the app today. I did, and it still works well, although I haven’t noticed any specific changes.
I only tried two other apps with other cameras, and this combination of camera and app was by far the best. It was the only 4G LTE camera I could get to work with the major cell phone providers, rather than buying the proprietary data plans, which are too expensive.Show lessgjjffggh

On Nov 5, 2023 I update the app and when I open the app my camera was moved. How I have to add to the again. Sadly if I knew, that was going to been. I would have never updated because now it is winter and I cannot get to my camera to bring it in to scan it. So I bought a yearly subscription that means about 4 to 5 months I won’t be able to see what’s going on on my camera and it’ll be a waste of money so if you live in a cold climate like Alaska, don’t update your app. Make sure you do it when it’s summer and fall or you be wasting your money.Show lessAK don’t do it
Excess charges and no support
I bought 4 cameras as I saw you could have up to 6 on one fee that was a great price for 4 cameras. Then after a week I had to purchase an additional $229 as the first fee was only for a little storage on each camera. It looks like I might have to pay this for each one. Not sure what I am going to do. Pictures are wood quality though. Just a set up to get money. It is also an international company. Will not buy anything else that uses this appShow less7121boring!
Camera does not move and pricy plans for cloud storage
I purchased 2 of the cameras as I was referred by my friend. It worked great for 6 months, and started having issues after that. The camera movers stopped working. I reset the camera almost every month for it to work. Keep in mind the cloud storage is expensive and you have to buy subscription for each camera if you are trying to purchase more then one. I tried to using SD card to record and it does not work. The only reason I gave 2 star is the quality of the camera is awesome then most of the camera available in the market.Show lessHomepro12
Sporadic at best...
Works most of the time, at other times you cannot PAN the cameras...yet no error messages, or error codes ever appear. ✅ It USED to tell you a Percentage Battery Charge for the camera, now they just took that feature is out of the App this week. ❌
Overall, its usable...for the time being. Certainly room for improvement and no need to remove Key Features. 👎Show lessADR1RU

Sadly all the 1-star reviews, all well explained, remain true if even from some time ago.
I just got the camera and setup.
- No notifications and the in app FAQ does not describe the software as it is ok my iPhone (yes all at their spec for use).
- Nags you to open the Cloud - pay for storage service. Each and every use switches back from the micro card.
- Blue LED not on.
- Records the video and does not show up for like ~5mins or so and on the prior calendar day.
- The audio is unpredictable and seems unconfigurable.
- If mount solar panel on camera the power chord has no place to screw in the connector cap used for the extension if co-locate it off the camera.
It's a camera that at first look and presale great response - however - immediately starts showing issues.
Upon loading the App software want SO MUCH access to the phone and makes no sense like Bluetooth? Exact Address for "server location"?! what servers for what?
So very disappointed.
The presale was fantastic and promised ANYTHING needed would be done. I'm not here to Test their untested stuff.
It's wifi - old tech by now 2023 - we logon daily across Boarders; what's the problem here? The App and Hardware interoperability.
