Headache
The camera was working fine, the motion detection was awesome better then most cams where it wont capture movement until then object its way gone. So we were happy with this until my service that we paid monthly just disconnect our service, ever since we have not been able to get the camera working again. I been emailing customer support everyday for the last two weeks and they are not able to help, their in China so its not easy to talk to someone right away since there is a time difference. I tried troubleshooting myself did everything possible. Now reading the reviewing i didnt realize it could be an app issue, makes sense!! I would have given them 5 stars but the camera is nothing but a paper weight now, waste of money, crappy service and app. Please fix your app and camera software!Show lessBenito#5
Do not buy!!!
This product is a ripoff. Worked for a few weeks and quit. Doesn’t download images unless you physically do it yourself. I also own another system with 4 cameras and it has been working for years.
This UBox system is out of touch junk.

We’ve had this camera for a couple weeks. Still figuring it out. DON’T LIKE: In-App instructions not very user friendly; use of white lettering on blue background is extremely hard on some people’s eyes (black print is better).

Constant app glitches.
I love our cameras- when you can actually use the app to see what’s been going on. Last update I lost cloud service for several days and couldn’t go back to see what caused a recording.
When they updated last, I got my cloud service back but now I can’t live view out of either camera that I have. I’ve deleted the app. Reinstalled. Deleted a camera and reinstalled into the app. Nothing. Now I can only see events in my cloud. Please fix the app.Show lessbabyonboard2
Updates
This app and camera update too frequently. Ever time there is an update I have to reset everything and then fix all setting. Each time it updates it resets settings and camera dies because the motion sensor causes it to lose power. This seems to happen now every two weeks. My camera is 2 hours away from my home. This app is like stepping back in time. No auto night vision for security camera. Constantly logs you of, which makes it so you don’t get alerts, also switches from sd card to cloud. Which I refuse to pay for! Can’t block high traffic areas. Can’t update the main photo when you choose. All things I could do on the app we used to use. Paid way too much money for this camera! Yesterday the one thing I needed recorded??? Didn’t record because the app logged me out 2 minutes after the last recording!!! Thanks for absolutely nothing!!!! Horrible!!!Show lessHfhsbdcfgtttttshzb

The app is great but I think we should also have a PC version since it those gets annoying just having the app please improve in that part it will be so greatful or also having it on the Apple TV app overall it great…. 🤙🏻Sm1087

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Right now, one of mine isn’t working. In a few days it will. It’s like they are playing round Robin. I have 3. Same problem with all 3.

Terrible Soffware
My god, it is like the programmers tried as hard as they could to make as crappy an interface as they could. You cannot even really figure out what is going on. Are you recording? What triggers a recording? What area to detect. Changing resolution, quality settings. Everything works against you to using the excellent hardware.
