  • Poor subscription information, renewal process and customer service

    Monthly subscription is not an option. You must pay for an entire year at a time. You don’t get a subscription renewal notice prior to the renewal. You cannot see or update the subscription information on the app. Poor customer service. Checkout Minut instead.
  • Love noise aware!

    I have had noise aware since reading about it in the WSJ in 2018. It has saved me from many inflicts with my neighbors- and the guests respond right away when I tell them there’s a problem. Great product - and a great App.

    NoiseAware has eliminated 90% of the stress of managing our short term rental. We love how they update the platform continuously. We couldn’t do it without you!

    A good idea, and I think one of the better options among poor ones.

    2 Star Deduction: Sensors disconnect constantly. I mean at least once a week. For a local owner this is unacceptable. For a remote owner it’s a fatal flaw. Company seems to have spent more time on the algorithms for the NRS (Noise Risk Score) than on the stability of the hardware. Great they are thinking how to run well, but need to walk first.

    1 Star Deduction: Tech support has been super friendly and willing to help, which I appreciate. HOWEVER, they are not available on weekends and holidays…you know, those busiest times for short term rentals. I want to ask, “Don’t you realize what industry you are trying to support?” For any subscription service impacting revenue business, 24/7 tech support is table stakes.

    I’ve had a great experience with Noiseaware. It’s great if you have an Airbnb property and would like to keep the noise levels down so your neighbors don’t complain. Has saved me multiple trips with just one phone call. Great device to have.

    NoiseAware is a wonderful company. With great customer service. I highly recommend using their devices. I use it for a short term rental. It’s a great product and can be used for multiple use. Thanks NoiseAware for being a great company. That’s hard to find.
  • Helpful Monitoring Tool

    NoiseAware is great in managing noise levels at properties, and whenever I’ve had technical issues the support team is super helpful in resolving issues. Recommended.

    After latest update, I now have to log into the app every time open it, super frustrating. Please go back to the way it was!
  • I really want to ❤️ NoiseAware....but they keep disconnecting.

    Relationships are two-way street. I really love my Noise Aware. I like having peace of mind that no one is partying in my vacation rental. However, Noise Aware doesn’t love me as much as I love them.

    I know this because Noise Aware keeps disconnecting with me. My sensors go on and off line all the time. I go back and review my Internet report and that’s just fine. But for some reason the noise sensors go on and off and on and off. In fact two of them are off-line right now. But the third is happily monitoring away.

    the app is wonky. It seems like it always logs me out.

    I’d really like to improve my rating but some things from NoiseAware have to improve first. I’m looking forward to being able to update my rating and share that Noise Aware wants to stay connected to me :-)
