Can’t reach CS ever
I bought the cameras on Black Friday I hope Tim up work fine switch my Internet provider and modem and router ever since cannot get the cameras to hook back up to my Wi-Fi they work great at first now it’s horrible can’t get a hold of customer service or get them set back upRealreviewnotfake

Even though it won’t let you hit the sd button it still records to the sd card if you put it in ur laptop or computer for the price I paid, I give it 5 all day👍🏾👏🏾rrarhnejfjbdsbxbbd

Hasn’t worked in months
The camera has not worked since I changed internet providers. I have reset the camera multiple times and it will still not connect. This has now become a waste of money.Tally2218
Functional, Helpful Customer Service
Our bundle from Walmart has worked well. We had some issues with the speaker and when I contacted customer service they had us send them the failing hardware and they sent us a new, nice speaker for free. I was pleased with the result and the system has served our needs.Kate C 12334

Absolutely terrible
Horrible play back video, nothing ever loads, time-line lags, will not let me watch events saved to cloud. Just cheap and junk.Sorrytobethatguy

Great but now not so great
I had an iPhone 8 and it was working great!!! Just switched to a new iPhone XS Max and the camara only uploads to 95% and nothing else happens. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Tried resetting it , removing device and re adding it and still nothing. Also there is a red 1 next to firmware which should mean it needs an update. It I find no update anywhere and can’t click on it either so when this gets fixed then I will definitely give it a 5 stars.Yamijayvic
Won’t connect
The app keeps timing out every time I try to add my camera system, this doesn’t really work without the app, so no stars, a waste of money. Good job....Whitneybac
