It works okay, but I took away two stars for the sole reason that you can only landscape mode in one direction. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't let you flip your phone either directionbjf1377
No sd recording option after update
After updating to latest version, I can’t use sd card recording anymore and pretty much have to subscribe to use their cloud service. Wouldn’t have bought their products if I knew I’d have to eventually keep paying for it, (the free cloud service with 8 second recordings are useless)Weekndxotwod

Speakers work, so for $25 I can’t complain too much cause they were on sale and it’s still a Google hone. But the Cameras never connect. I’ve tried multiple times and nothing. You’re essentially paying for a Speaker. Might as well just throw away the camera from the beginning.CaraballoCollections
Notifications needs fixed
Bought two of these they work great but I never get a notification directly to my phone when motion or sound is detected...mike9391
Great BUT...
I love my security cameras live feed and I like the app BUT my notices of events are not popping up on my phone (iPhone) notifications. I have checked and rechecked all of my settings to no avail. It shows if movement or sound is recognized in the app but nothing pops up to notify me on my phone unless I go look in the app. PLEASE FIX; I don’t want to have to return cameras.Fsgwife
Notifications need fixed
Although the camera and app work good, the notifications don’t. Which is the whole point. I have a subscription to their cloud and still get no notifications for sound or motion detection. Called support and they said they’ll have the problem fixed through an update that was high priority by Wednesday(February 13). That was 4 days ago to date. Still no update. (Not surprised) I was told by other people who have this app that they say this a lot. Look. If you’re going to offer a service do it right or don’t do it at all. Don’t give your customers the run around. Soon you’ll lose them. Just update and fix the problem. I’ll give a progress report in two weeks.Bpmagic
Not reliable and app crashes all the time
I would give it a zero if I could. Worked great at first and then Customer service says the problem is that the app crashed and they are working on it! Apparently from research, this happens a lot! Will work on WiFi if u are home but not away from home . That is the purpose of the camera ....to use while away from home. Such a shame since it has much better quality camera over others. They won’t do anything or give Refund, so I lost my money and lost faith in this company which, like I said is a shame since the quality of the video is unreal!GrannyDarnell
Does not work
I got the camera, and after resetting it like the “instructions” say, it finally connected to the WiFi. Once everything was set up, I tried to view the live feed, and it would stop at 95% and not go any further. Waste of money and a terrible system. Will be returning the product.ThisBowlingGameSucks

Ive called technical support multiple times i keep getting told the app will be fixed in 48 hours and here its been a week and still doesnt work! I wasted my money of a system i cant even use! Fix this app or send me my money!!!medic5423
