No connection to wifi (camera)
Speaker setup fine. Two days trying 😡 the camera. What a pain reset after reset plus my wifi box. Nothing online for help just the two little circle instructions. No help!!!!df18356
Problem with the app
Bought this item at a good price thinking I got a deal went home the speaker worked fine , but I’m having a problem
With the camera it connects to my WiFi and all but it won’t connect to my iPhone app . Call costumer service and they said that they are having problem with the app and it will be fix in a couple of days 😒 I need to use the camera now . But I will wait a few days to see if it works if not then I’ll be returning it back to the store and getting my money back.

After waiting a few days the camera does work and it gives you a good quality video. I love the 180 view and I’m able

Will NOT connect
I bought this as well as the other customer at a Black Friday Sale and it will not connect to my IPhone as well! I will be returning it tomorrow😞 This was such a waste of time and moneyFrustrated and Mad1

Speaker works fine. Tried all the steps, resets, everything multiple times for the camera and it won’t work. Back to Walmart...Drdjsmm

This won’t work at all. Very disappointed. I have iPhone XS Max and connected one time and now it won’t recognize the camera and the camera won’t reset. I also can’t login to the account because of a server connection error. Just doesn’t work at all.Karney Tree Service
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL
This app will not even let me get past the first step of setting up the camera. It keeps saying things like, “Successfully connected to WiFi” and, “Thank you for using cloud camera,” BUT IT WILL NOT CONNECT!!!!!f me so hard
if they get the server fixed will probably be a great app.
I purchased the voice activated smart security system last night. Downloaded the app and it would not work. Tried early this morning got it to work but when I tried to log on this afternoon i am getting the same server error I was getting last night . NEVER WORKS
The app is constantly crashing and the server is continuously unavailable. The security camera provides a nice picture when it’s available, but 50% of the time the app is not working. I bought this security camera and Google Home Speaker combination hoping that it would hold up to the same standard as the waterproof Altec Lansing speaker that I have, but it doesn’t. The speaker isn’t as nice as the traditional Altec Lansing or the Google Home. Returning. Very disappointed.Gabriella Marie
