    “You had one job”… do anything with some form of audio, roughly related to where we were in the park. Instead it asks for “always” available location, which I finally granted… and it still couldn’t figure out we weee anywhere in the park. Let alone provide any service, say like an audio tour 🤦‍♂️😬🤷‍♂️ we both tried it on two different iPhones at two stops… then deleted it. Don’t even bother. Talk about failing to do your one job.

  • Kind of useless

    Couldn’t get it working. after reading the reviews, it seems like I have to keep the app open full-time to have the audio guide. Which does not make sense because everyone needs phone to take photos. so it’s kind of pointless.
  • Need improvement

    Hi all, the concept is great. However it needs to continue giving commentary while I am taking photo. Currently the commentary stop when you leave the app. Please improve the app by make it run in the background.

    The app is great, but you have to have it open to listen to the audio. So you can’t do pics and video at the same time.

    I saw a review stating the sound didn’t work, I found that listening the ranger videos was possible when I selected Chinese instead of English. Surely a simple fix…

    I have an iPhone se and the commentary did not move past the introduction. A waste

  • Audio tour fail

    Wasn’t interested in the app due to the audio tour not working.
  • Hopeless didn’t work

    I did all that was suggested. The test audio worked ok but the main one didn’t come on automatically as it said. Missed out on listening to all the information.
    An attendant at the first stop was not helpful just dismissed us ... ‘ that’s to do with marketing’.
    Maybe everyone who works on Skyrail needs to be up to date with all technology, so as to help customers.
