Great app! w/ one ask…
This is a great app loaded with awesome features and has been working flawlessly. The one missing feature this really needs is the ability to sync to Apple Health. Product team, I hope you’re listening! :-)Mogwai1

Good solid basic app, once it’s connected
We had trouble connecting to one of our bikes, so I took off a star. If you can get it connected, it’s a very useful, solid app that’s worth having.
The bike that has trouble actually gave us an error code while trying to connect and wouldn’t turn on. We reseated the battery to get the bike back in operational mode, but until we figured that out ourselves, the bike was an expensive brick. We have still not been successful connecting that bIke to the app. We’ll try again at some point.Show lesspath trekker

$6000 bike. No documentation on how any of this works. All YouTube videos show older units I believe as mine only has one place to charge. Can’t tell if sensor is on or off. Bike documentation tells me to download an app that doesn’t exist. Not really surprised though. All of this computer garbage is getting worse and worse. None of it works no matter how much you pay. This is probably the worst implementation of “technology” I have ever seen. Bravo Giant Bicycles and Shimano!!!Show lessCG

Lacks basic critical features to be useful
This app is *so close* to being a replacement for a bike computer. I really hope Shimano takes note:
1. One needs to be able to import a route via gpx, Garmin Connect, or Strava. Without this basic feature, the app is useless because you can’t plan a ride ahead of time or import a race route.
2. Favorite routes need to be able to be stored/recalled and re-imported/updated. What happens if the app crashes? You need to be able to quickly restart it.
3. Turn by turn directions are needed. Surprised to see these missing. Just a simple, ‘turn left in 400ft’ arrow indicator, maybe with a simple bell prompt. It doesn’t need to re-route, as many races won’t allow for that.Show lessexabrial
