Great app! w/ one ask…

This is a great app loaded with awesome features and has been working flawlessly. The one missing feature this really needs is the ability to sync to Apple Health. Product team, I hope you’re listening! :-)

Crashes regularly, but ok when it works

Does mostly as it should, but regularly crashes which requires restarting app mid ride which is never fun and also requires a couple touches to resume recording. Crashes silently, so you lose all the data if your not looking at the app for a while.
I also wish the ebike battery would be a percentage instead of 5 bars, big difference between having 59% left vs 41%, but you will never know.

Would be good, can’t change any fields

Trying to configure any field on any screen, pops up a spinner, choose a new field type … pressing “cancel” or “done” has no effect, spinner won’t go away, field type won’t change. No way of reporting problem. Very poor.

Apple Watch Please

Please make this app interface with Apple Watches.

Only way to go with EP8.

Great app, syncs with Strava and Trailforks.

Mostly great app!!

I’d like this better if it offered voice prompts to audibly till you distance, speed, etc through your headphones while you rode like other fitness apps do.

Great until recent update.

The latest update has bugged out. When changing any setting non of the “ok” or “clear” buttons work. Trying to add my weight into it but does not respond to any ok buttons to accept the changes. Removing the app and re downloading it has also not fixed the issue. When trying to report this issue it is impossible to do so. There is no email address for uk residence and no other means to report this issue. Not very good.

Good solid basic app, once it’s connected

We had trouble connecting to one of our bikes, so I took off a star. If you can get it connected, it’s a very useful, solid app that’s worth having.

The bike that has trouble actually gave us an error code while trying to connect and wouldn’t turn on. We reseated the battery to get the bike back in operational mode, but until we figured that out ourselves, the bike was an expensive brick. We have still not been successful connecting that bIke to the app. We’ll try again at some point.

Really?

$6000 bike. No documentation on how any of this works. All YouTube videos show older units I believe as mine only has one place to charge. Can’t tell if sensor is on or off. Bike documentation tells me to download an app that doesn’t exist. Not really surprised though. All of this computer garbage is getting worse and worse. None of it works no matter how much you pay. This is probably the worst implementation of “technology” I have ever seen. Bravo Giant Bicycles and Shimano!!!

Need Apple Watch app

Just put out a simple one that shows how much battery is left. You can update with more features later. I don’t want to bring my phone on rides.
